I can't recommend this location. Not because it's bad food, the pizza is not terrible. I've ordered pizza here several times and that makes my recent experience all that more troubling.
I ordered three pizzas for delivery. The delivery person left them on the hallway floor, at the wrong door, and on the wrong floor of my building. I discovered all this when my neighbour downstairs brought them up to me. Needless to say I was not going to eat food left on the hallway floor. So I started to try to contact this Panago location for a full refund.
The online chat was unable to help me get in touch with the location. They would send a message to the owner and that person might get back to me in a couple of days.
I call the one phone number available for Panago and they transfer me to client relations. They will also message the owner who may get back to me in a couple of days.
So I drive over to this location with their pizzas and tell them I want a full refund. They tell me to come back tomorrow. I tell them no. They go call someone and come back several minutes later to say they will refund everything except for the delivery charge because that is for the "fuel they used". I say no, I also had to drive because of this. They disappear for several minutes more. When they return, they provide a full refund in cash (not back on my credit card).
I was polite, but firm. Star rating reflects delivery to wrong apartment = -1 star. Leaving pizza on the hall floor (unhygienic) = -1 star. Online chat service unhelpful = -1 star. Phone customer service unhelpful = -1 star. Service at store slow to refund money in a terrible situation = -1 star. Oh, and still no call from Panago = -1 customer. Sadly, one star is the lowest rating I can give.
Sad... but there are lots of pizza places that deliver, handle food carefully, and value their customers. So I will vote with my dollars and now ignore the call when someone decides to care enough to reach out. Just desserts,...

The girls out front were great, sympathetic about how long it took to figure out the ' NEW' system. 24 minutes. The pizza was so greasy and the croutons were stale. Sorry, I had to find a new go-to til things get back into range again compared to similar joints with taste and service on par.
