Maple Thai restaurant in Aldergrove offers a delightful culinary journey through the flavors of Thailand. During my visits, I had the pleasure of savoring a variety of dishes, each leaving a lasting impression of exceptional taste and quality.
The Veg Pad Thai was a standout dish, showcasing perfectly cooked noodles stir-fried with an array of fresh vegetables and aromatic Thai spices. Every bite burst with authentic flavors, making it a true delight for the taste buds.
The Fried Rice with Beef and Prawns was another highlight, featuring tender beef and succulent prawns perfectly paired with fluffy rice and expertly seasoned. It was a hearty and satisfying dish that left me craving for more.
The Veg Spring Rolls were a crispy and flavorful appetizer, filled with a delicious medley of vegetables and served with a dipping sauce that added an extra layer of zing to every bite.
One of the unique offerings at Maple Thai restaurant is their Fried Fluffy Bread with In-house Special Peanut Chutney. This delightful combination of fluffy bread and savory peanut chutney was a surprising yet delightful addition to the meal, adding a burst of flavor unlike anything I’ve tasted before.
What truly sets Maple Thai apart is the warm hospitality of the owner and host, Ms. Molly. Her genuine care and attention to detail enhanced the dining experience, making every visit memorable and enjoyable.
Overall, my experiences at Maple Thai restaurant have been nothing short of fantastic. The quality of the food, combined with the warm and inviting atmosphere, makes it a must-visit destination for Thai cuisine enthusiasts. Read moreReally lucked out finding a good quality and very well managed Thai restaurant without having to drive so far!!! The food is very tasty, fresh, and well seasoned. The service is truly impeccable, and the restaurant is squeaky clean, beautiful to sit in, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the Tom Kha soup, first and second time my husband and I ate there. We are trying a couple of new things for takeout tonight. Looking forward to it!!! Will update when we have eaten our new choices. Going back again, in my opinion, is a sign that a restaurant is a winner in my book. I think we found a gem.
Update: Pad See Ew with chicken is very good and most importantly for me, NOT SALTY!!!! No photos this time. Too hungry. But I will take pictures tomorrow of the leftovers.
Selected Drunken Noodles with chicken based on the description and name for my very easy to please husband, nicknamed 'Mikey' as in 'Mikey likes it!' from a very old commercial. He seems to have enjoyed it.
We both like the deep fried egg rolls very much. I tried the chicken satay tonight: so tender & juicy, perfect with the peanut sauce! We are too full to have any Tom Kha soup tonight. But since it's my third time with the soup, I am going to presume it will be a lovely addition tomorrow with my leftovers from tonight.
I regretfully refrained from ordering dessert (smart move! I'm so full!)....
Read moreI love thai food and while i have never been to Thailand i eat it locally very often.
I ordered the Pad Grapow and honestly this was one of the tastiest dishes ive ever eaten and i really enjoyed it. This could be my go to lunch all the time. It was cooked perfectly, tasted incredible and at medium spiciness was excellent. The jasmine rice was also perfect.
My issue is with serving size. Both the rice and main were charged seperate and the main container was small and not even 1/2 full. $17 for main, $3 for rice and $4 for added shrimp = small container. Once i put together they barely filled small container The Pad Gaprow also seemed to be missing the carrots and basil.
This would be one thing that would make me go elsewhere as other restaurants do give more bang for the buck.
Restarant was clean and inviting and lady working inside was very nice too.
Will likely go back to try something else but if serving size is that small would go...
