McDonald's — Restaurant in Township of Langley

And once again I go to this McDonalds because it’s close to my house for breakfast. I honestly love McDonald’s but this location has let me down soooooo many times. It seems they had a turn over in staff a while back and things have gotten better but it looks like things are heading back to they way it used to be. My wife ordered our order, In thiis order we we ordered two hash down. Well in the bag we only got one. Apparently they said they refunded something and put the money on the bag. We didn’t quite hear them but we trust they know what there doing. I think what they did haha was refunded one hash brown but forgot to put the money in the bag(money in the bag thing was odd) They said they put salsa in the bag for the breakfast burritos. The food ordered at this 96th & 200th St. McDs in Langley is served just as one would expect it...however, some McDs serve their meals with a 😃 smile!! I've never seen a smaller seating/dining area in a McDs Restaurant.. The bathrooms [Ladies-3 stalls, Mens-1 stall,1 urinal & self contained & locking Handicap/Family Bathroom] are not sparkling from cleanliness however, they are clean enough. This McDs wadhrooms, like other lower mainland McDs washrooms I've been in, I found the lighting is very VERY DIM!! This location has a drive thru, outdoor seating area for those summer days... ★DO NOT GO HERE IF PLANNING ON WORKING ON YOUR UNCHARGED LAPTOP OR CELL PHONE AS THERE ARE NOOO ELECTRICAL OUTLETS...

I really want to like this place. Honestly, the servers are very friendly and sweet but I always find myself leaving disappointed. I'm a vegetarian so I always order an egg mcmuffin with NO BACON. I'd say 70% of the time it still comes with bacon, despite the fact that the actual ticket they attach to it says "NO BACK BACON" in huge letters. One time I actually said no bacon and got charged for extra bacon.

They are regularly low on stock. They never have pies or Danish pastries that customers ask for and you consistently have to wait a long time for your order even if it's just a coffee.

The touchscreen kiosks there always have a printing error just FYI. "Fast" food brought to you very slowly...And...
