Paradiso Pizzeria — Restaurant in Township of Langley

Their pizza is actually very good and tasted great. My first time there they had promised my order would be ready in 20 minutes which it was and that impressed me . However, the reason for the drop in stars was because my second experience lacked on the customer service side. When I placed my order I was told that pickup would be 20 mins (same as before), but when I arrived they had not even started my order. When I paid, they said it my order would only take a few more minutes but that was not the case.. There were two customers that came shortly after me who were also displeased with their orders being heavily delayed. Waited 15 mins before asking how much longer it would be and was told another 5 mins by staff. 10 minutes after that I asked again and was told 5 mins again. In total I waited and additional 32 mins before my order was ready. Clearly they were busy and backed up with orders but I did not appreciate their lack of communication, lack of an apology for the delay, nor the constant promises that were being broken by staff. When I got my food I felt bad for the other two who were still waiting as they had still not recieved their orders either. Food still tasted great so I can't fault them for that and I don't mind waiting as long as I know whats happening, but honesty and communication need...

August 1, 2024 walked in to order. It's exactly like going to a dollar store pizza joint in the mall... except it's more expensive. If you like REALLY THIN pizza, then this is the place for you. $22 for a large pizza that has hardly any cheese or toppings on it. Last time I get pizza from here.

EDIT: there was no mention about "extra toppings" from your employee. All we did was order a half pineapple and half pepperoni pizza. What we got was a pizza with minimal cheese and a crust that was soggy and cardboard-like. Please don't lie with your response and just try to make better pizzas for customers. let’s get straight to the point. I ordered an extra larger Formaggio Paradise (cheese pizza) it arrived cold, uber eats probably had a play in that. But Uber eats didn't have a play in the 6 very lightly tossed “hot wings” for $8.99 now that's a scam if you ask me. But the real scam is ordering a Caesar salad that consists of a handful of lettuce and croutons with no cheese or Caesar dressing.
