Pho Willoughby Vietnamese Cuisine — Restaurant in Township of Langley

Being a new restaurant they probably still have some kinks to work out. Ordered our dinner for pick up at 6:30pm for when we arrived back in town for a quick dinner, they started calling at 5:30pm that our meal was ready - kinda defeats the point of preordering? I told them we couldn’t pick up until 6:30pm and that’s why we picked that time, again, they said well your food is ready. Then why ask what time you would like to pick up food if you’re not going to make it for that time to pick up? By the time we got the food it was luke warm and noodles were extremely hard (maybe if the soup was hot they wouldn’t have been so hard?). After a 4 hour drive I was looking forward to pho but it was definitely disappointing. Will probably stick to Mai’s in the future.

My suggestion would be if you’re not going to allow pre ordering, then don’t. Customers select a time based on when they can...

went during lunch time, wasn't busy. we had ordered our food (3 pho soups) and the waiter forgot 1 of our soups. we were just about done our pho's and went to check up with what's going on with the third bowl. my toddler was very hungry and getting a bit upset that he didnt get his food yet. at that point, i was going to tell them to forget about it as we waited a while for it to show and was just going to get him something else, elsewhere. his food finally showed up AFTER we had mentioned something. the waiter did not write down our order initially. honestly should've wrote down our order to begin with if he was going to forget. came the other night with my bf, right away seated and served. i’m pretty sure the older man and woman own the place and the guy was amazing. i accidentally spilled some sauce and he came over instantly and said he will clean it. he even came around offering people free soup!

after we paid he opened the door for us and wished us a good night. not very often you get store owners this polite! they’re very welcoming to everyone and it’s awesome.
