Mixed feelings on this one.

I visited this restaurant accidentally before it opened, and then once informed of when it was opening, came back.. that was a long time ago. I really enjoyed that experience. It was one of the few places open on that building during the build-up of Willoughby Town Center. The food was tasty, fresh, the place was packed to the gills and everyone was having a good time! The owner or manager apologized about the lack of air conditioning, that it hadn't been installed yet.

I visited two years ago during the 'pick up only' phase of the pandemic and got some food and it was tasty, though the atmosphere was dour since noone could sit there - merely collect their food and go (not their fault - it was a Pandemic).

This trip though.. something changed, and not in a good way. When I went in, it wasn't busy. Of the four TV screens showing their selection, one worked, two were off completely and the one between them was on but with a black screen. One menu TV was spattered with food. The tables were not clean. There was stuff on the floor. The A/C apparently was never installed because it was warmer there than outside which was in the high 20s due to the heatwave.

Then I got the food- two chicken tacos and the plain fries I requested. The chicken was nearly inedibly salty. I ate it and half the fries but seeing the sorry state of this restaurant I previously enjoyed and the 30+ degree temperature inside, I didn't finish my food.

I will probably never return... if you're going to run a restaurant, the very least you can do is keep it clean in the small seating area provided... rags and Windex are cheap, and losing customers is not. Sorry for the negative review - it just was unpleasant as heck.

PS: The fries were hot...

Was pretty stoked to try a place that serves 2 of my favorite things ever in one place (tacos and poutine...genius). Unfortunately it was pretty underwhelming. We tried the shrimp taco, fish taco, buffalo chicken taco, and the pierogi poutine. The shrimp taco was WAY too saucy, it was a sloppy mess. The fish taco was ok, but the sliver of fish you get with the massive amount of slaw is ridiculous...couldn't even taste the fish. The buffalo chicken was just nasty. The poutine on the other hand was quite delicious, but they should really serve it on a tray like the tacos come on for an eat in order. Cramming it in a little box is less than ideal. The girls working there were very friendly, my wife tried to order a beer though and no one there was old enough to serve it. The manager was "out for a meeting," when he returned my wife ordered her beer and the guy was clearly super stoned...must have been a good meeting. Place was a little dirty but not too bad...shame...could have been so good.

Update: The owner did give us a gift card to come back...though I believe it was only on the insistence of the head office that he do something because it took a lot of back and forth to actually happen. This time the food was so disgustingly salty that we threw it all straight in the trash after a couple bites. Even the poutine, which we enjoyed on our last visit, was horrendous. Flat out one of the worst places to eat anywhere. Dropping from 2 stars to one....

First off, I have gone through all the reviews for this place. Even though some of them look really fake, negative and senseless, i wanted to try this place with no doubt. Beyond this ,I visited here today and tried few items. The Smash Burger Combo was perfection — juicy, flavorful, with that crispy smash that makes every bite unforgettable😍The bun was soft and buttery, the cheese melted just right, and the fries on the side were golden and addictive. Honestly, one of the best smash burgers I’ve ever had🤩🤩🤩🤩

And the Gochujang Fries? Mind-blowing. The balance of spicy, tangy, and savory flavors was spot on. Topped with crispy chicken, creamy drizzle, and that punch of gochujang, it was a flavor explosion. Every forkful had the perfect mix of textures and tastes — rich, bold, and unforgettable🥳🥰

Beyond the food, the atmosphere and service were just as impressive. Friendly staff, great vibes, and food made with care. You can tell they really put heart into their dishes🤩❤️
