Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Township of Langley

Without checking prices prior, I ordered a Large pizza, half lovers surpreme, half Hawaiian, 14 bonless salt and pepper chicken bites, 3 dips, ( chicken should have two free if its a flavoured type)and a small orange juice. " I looked online and the Supreme Lovers, any crust, any size is $14.99, Finally called back to ask why so much, after finally answering, She said "That's because the supreme has almost 14 toppings it is expensive, and because i ordered it half n half, and not just the one pizza, she has to charge for 2, i should have ordered 2 seperate pizzas, would have been cheaper! Your Order is ready now" Wtf? , Now look at all those toppings, cut with a slap chopper or something, and the life is cooked out of them! I tipped the driver 5 bucks, idk why. Further more. 2 pizzas , at $14.99 is about 30 bucks, how then does 3 dips, (only recieved 2) and 14 boneless salt and pepper, n O.J. added to that order, come up to $65.80? (Bonless bites are the plain ones with a little pepper added after they were in the box, not in the batter, and not one fleck hit a bite, just the box! see the picture) I coulda spent under 10 and got 2 better frozen pizzas. ⭐ 1 Star – Completely Missed the Mark

I ordered the Big New Yorker as advertised — expecting a sweet, spicy, cheesy, pepperoni-loaded pizza with extra sauce. What I received was a bland, cheese-only pizza with no visible sauce at all. It looked and tasted like someone forgot half the ingredients.

When I brought it to the attention of the lady behind the counter, they claimed I requested "no sauce" — which is flat-out wrong. I specifically asked for extra sauce, and instead got a bone-dry pie that couldn’t be further from the ad. No pepperoni. No flavor. Just a dry, disappointing circle of regret.

The crust was thin, sure, but that's the only thing that matched the promo. For $14.99, I expected something remotely close to what was advertised. Total waste of money and a frustrating experience. Do better, Pizza Hut, this isn't the first time I have had issues with...

The lady that served me the the last time in was thereŕday where I was in there about a month ago was wonderful. I was shopping in. The? Area and when and made my order? Like to Safeway. And intended on? Going back to pick up my pizza.however I got sidetracked by a number of other stores and turned out that I was over an hour late picking. It up. Period well. The lady is it was working whatever way to ask me. If I was able to wait another 10 minutes and she prepared me a new piece since that 1 had been sitting for over an hour free of charge per. It was completely my fault and I was shocked at the offer and accepted it very quickly. And when I tried to get very tips she answered they wouldn't take it.and I would recommend this place to all of my friends and anyone. Else that can't these?
