Subway — Restaurant in Township of Langley

A place I take my kids to often, my daughter just trecked here in the snow to order us dinner. She walked back in the minus weather with 1 foot long BLT and 1 6 inch BLT were ordered. Unfortunately the BLT came without the B, L OR the T, instead I got a foot long with guacamole, onion and lettuce. THAT WAS IT!!!. I then had to drive over and not eat dinner with my kids, all for the lady behind the counter to refuse a new sandwich or to give me bacon. She laughed at myle the entire time completely careless that my order was messed up. Blaming my child for her screwing up my order (typical teenage worker) The way she smirked and laughed at me knowing she had messed up my order and now refusing to give me my proper order I demanded a refund at which she was not going to do and was fighting me saying im wrong and I got the correct order. One of the most unprofessional young woman I've ever encountered. Her carelessness towards the customer is disgusting and she should be ashamed. You've lost our business and I will be highly encouraging all who I know to not eat in/take out at this establishment. Teenagers really just do not understand common sense, but you can thank her for the loss...

I went to Subway today hoping to get a sandwich as all of the sandwiches I've very had from this location has been the best out of all the Subways I've experienced. However today, after waiting 15 mins for this gentleman working behind the counter to come take my order, he decides to stop and help the 2 girls wearing short shorts and bikini tops. They had question after question and wanted a cup for water, then they wanted chips, then it was something else. At that point I walked out. I work in the area and was on my 30 minute lunch break. Let me just say this gentleman has seen me in there a few times and knows when I'm in there I'm just on my break. What happened to no shirt no service? I'm sure if it was sweaty hairy guy you would've asked him to put his shirt on. Won't...

This is the last time I ever go here. The workers always have a horrible attitude or start arguing with someone else while making my sandwich. The sandwich is constructed poorly each time where half of it falls apart just from picking it up. I went there a dozen times asking them if they still had beyond meatball subs. They said yes. So I got them all of those times. Then, one day, another worker said they don't and that they stopped doing so for a year. So they made me eat real meatballs. I'm vegetarian and have a health condition where I get sick from eating real beef. I was having stomach issues each day for weeks...
