Boathouse Boutique — Restaurant in Trent Lakes

Ordered an ice coffee and two sandwiches. There was one lady working the counter, taking orders and getting the food/beverages prepared. One in our party is lactose intolerant so said no cheese on her sandwich. Ordered and she said she would bring out the drinks and sandwiches. When I say a it took an hour I literally mean an hour. A hour for an iced coffee and two sandwiches. When we went to ask what the status of the order was the iced coffee was sitting on the counter completely melted. They offered to make another one because they had forgot to bring it out and said the sandwiches would be out shortly. It took another 25 minutes.....when they brought it out the one sandwich had cheese on it as well as was prepared on a cheese bagel.

We were waiting with a young toddler and it was a complete mess. I want to support a local business and didn't want to write this review but in the end the owners should read this and use this to better run their establishment. They have a lot...
