From 7:45 - 9:10pm 18 of July 2022 have a good look and send me a reply. If I could leave no stars I would. Cause that’s what you deserve. One Person no service. No menu no service I had to go down stairs to do my own service. This is my one family holiday how could you have no service. If I was the owner I would take this is such a persional embarrassment cause of no service, it Was not only me it was everyone upstairs. We couldn’t even get a water. How can one staff member to deal with the masses. The ladies behind us only wanted a beer. With also other tables. people warning of complete lack of service. One hour and ten minutes later, We just had to leave. We paid for our drinks and gave up on the three main meals. If you were me you would agree. Like your staff member said “we’re all getting shit”- this poor one guy” And your jugs of beer...

Yes! Yes! Yes! Great atmosphere, great service and very good food quality and flavours. We attended for a late lunch enroute from Ottawa to Quebec City and had a great experience. We originally sat at the #2 trip advisor pick and left due to poor service and closed kitchen. Wound up here and it was so meant to be. I return here frequently. The quality here is fantastic. The service is very good. The staff want to make sure all is good and have you come back again. I bring friends here and speak often about the restaurant. Oddly, they have chosen to close on Wednesdays to give their staff a break. I have recommend this establishment and continue to visit weekly. Update .....No longer...
