Greco Pizza — Restaurant in Truro

I didnt wanted to right this but i think i have reached my patience limit. This was my all time favourite place to eat pizza but there customer services is going down day by day nd its not happening first time with me when they made my order wrong. Just like today i orderded a pizza nd it took them 50/55 mnts to make my order LOL nd after waiting for almost an hour for my pizza i got wrong order “ they added the toppings which i never ask for”. When i called them back to complaint about it they were like we can send you another one nd i asked do i have to pay for it again nd the lady on the phone kinda said YES u have to pay for it too. I’m like seriously nd thn she said u can bring the wrong pizza back and get your correct one. LOL who says like that, is it my fault? if you made it wrong. On the side note, They should have offer or give me some credit or discount for the pizza. I guess, now i have to wait for an another hour for my pizza to...

I don't order from Greco/Captain Sub very often because their food is bad roughly half the time. But I had company and ordered 3 footlong subs for delivery for us to split. An hour goes by and the online tracking has been sitting on "Being Cooked". I decide to call them and they inform me that the order hadn't even been started. They promise to send it right out. 5 minutes goes by and I get a call from Greco. They inform me they only have white bread and it will be 2 hours for the other breads to be thawed out. I tell them that is unacceptable and it needs to be sent right away so white bread will have to do. It took another 30 minutes after this to have the subs, which showed up in an absolute mess(sauce all over the packaging, sandwiches crushed, and cold). Nothing to write home about, we made a better pizza at home tonight. I feel the pizzas at Greco's lacks pizzazz, taste, they are very blend. So as an added bonus the girl at the counter said that it would be cheaper if we took the garlic fingers as well, so OK, being no fools we took the garlic fingers. I brought them home put them in the fridge and we tried them today and they are awful. Normally the next day just like the pizza you put them in the toaster oven for about 4 to 5 minutes and they come out delicious. Not today, they were dry and tasteless. The food at Greco's in Truro used to be good if not great but yesterday I was sorry that we got food from there.
