Subway — Restaurant in Truro

What can I say I have given this subway chance after chance with messed up orders. But tonight is the last straw I ordered 4 subs. One for me and my wife for today and tomorrow as I work late. I have never been more disappointed with an experience. My sub had olives which was supposed to be on my wife’s. I can’t stand olives so not eating it just on that. Then half of one side had absolutely no chicken on it. I did not get my double cheese, my extra green pepper, and extra pickles. Second sub was checked and it had onion, which again is something I hate. Asked for chicken to be toasted separate as well as on sub, to make it actually warm (neither was toasted even once). I wish I could leave negative stars. Then I tried to call to let them know and they answered and hung up on me (not the first time). They proceeded to leave the phone off the hook. My fiancé ordered 3 subs today and brought them home which is a 20 min drive. My herb & cheese bread was stale , hard as a rock. The other two were fine. I decided to contact the restaurant right away and tell them the issue. The employee took my name and said next visit they would replace my sandwich. Which was greatly appreciated. Minutes later a manager called me to say I had to bring back the sandwich. I did tell her I would not be driving back today and I would understand bringing back a receipt for proof which was not mentioned. She told me the sandwich would not be replaced…I also said you need to look at your bread so no other customers have to go through the same thing.. social media can be a good thing at which time she said “if you want to be immature and flap your mouth go ahead…” then hung up!! Definitely not the response expected from management level! I will not return to...

Just ate there this evening..the staff (making the subs) were friendly,however the person working cash...I dont believe knows how to read a coupon. As my husband showed him/her (I am not sure if the person was a male or female no offense intended in my saying that I just dont want to post the wrong gender) the coupon, mentioned it and told her/him what he was paying for AND it still didnt process for them. So I ended up paying for items included in the coupon price..And they still gave me back the coupon my husband used. It was truly sad as they may of been new to the store..but in that case please ask for help. Wont be returning to this location,but with it being truro there is 3 other locations...
