KFC — Restaurant in Uxbridge

My wife went to this location because… well… I don’t know. We always have a bad time when we go to this location, so we’ve just stopped. Apparently however, my wife was having a massive craving for disappointment and figured “what’s a better way to fill up on garbage food than to eat at the KFC in uxbridge?” She was absolutely correct. The disappointment was astonishing… on a whole different level! Breading was beyond soggy, chicken was drier than my granny’s pot of ashes and the fries tasted as if they were refried in the same oil for the last 6 weeks. Our first ever visit there, it took them almost 45 minutes to prepare a 6-piece bucket with 2 sides of fries… and that was after ordering online and waiting for pick it up. So it definitely took more than an hour for them to do it. Once I got to the store, they seemed surprised that I ordered online and said “it’ll be ready in just a moment” when they were clearly scrambling to get it started. Every order since then has been an absolute disaster.

Will not be ever spending money here again. For good this time. Consider closing this down and opening a Taco Bell. Their tacos may be disappointing, but the taste is much better than KFC’s chicken.

Save your money people… or spend it at Mary Brown’s across the street and I promise...

This started as a 5 star. Went to a 2 star. Now it's literally a massive 1 star.

Ordered a boneless combo with corn as the side. Drive all the way home (I live about a 25 minute round trip from this location) to find out they didn't give me the corn.

Drove all the way back, ordered a side of corn. They're out of corn. Now I'm stuck between two cars in the drive-thru just so I can get out without getting anything aside from a MASSIVE waste of my time.

This location's a joke. Slowest KFC I've ever seen both in store and through the drive-thru, and your order is almost NEVER correct.

With all the other places in Uxbridge nowadays, don't waste your money here. They couldn't care less.

10/30/22: For some reason decided to try them again tonight, and at 7:30pm the gentleman through the speaker told me their system was down and they can't take my order.

Genuinely wondering how this place hasn't been turned into a restaurant that actually would service...

If you enjoy cold fries, warm soda and lukewarm service this is the place to go.

I wish I could say the above was a weak attempt at sounding funny - but it is the complete truth. At least in regards to my most recent visit.

How does KFC run out of gravy?? ... In a small town... At 1pm? When clearly they have an abundance of fries pre cooked that didn't sell over normal lunch time hours. (I'm assuming that's the case, because again, our fries were awful)

On a positive note the popcorn chicken was good.

Lastly, it would have been lovely to had been able to dine in especially now that Ontario has finally re-opened. It was further disappointing to be told that we could not take a seat inside.. Or use the bathroom. The sarcastic comments between employees was also unnecessary when we shared our polite disappointment for choosing not to allow dining...
