Wendy's — Restaurant in Uxbridge

Only gave 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to post without a star. My rating is less than 0. WORST food ever!!! Ordered spicy chicken combo, looked liked it was fast fried in a frying pan, no coating of any kind, no drink, fries were half cooked. Picture on coupon shows nice coating on chicken, overhanging edges of bun. This one was small, didn't even come close to filling the bun. And did I mention no coating??!! Dave's Single with cheese (?) was a joke. You say freshness? You say "Quality Is Our Recipe"? You should be sued for false advertising. The toppings were so horrible looking they should have been in the garbage. Wife picked this up in store, said the girl serving her took 15 minutes to even get the order right with help from my wife. Just spent 15 minutes trying to find a phone number so I could call and talk to a manager to complain. Even tried calling Port Perry store to get phone number but they don't have it. Left to write a review and go in at later date...

Went there for breakfast on a Saturday morning at about 9:30 a.m... There was a car in front of me. They ordered and then I did and when I got to the window they asked if I could pull around to the front and wait for my food. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I waited out front for 15 minutes for my order to be brought out to me. The people that were in front of me looked over at me and we both got out of our cars and walked inside and asked what was going on? They didn't say anything. They didn't apologize again. They just handed us our food. They didn't try to make any restoration or anything else like that for us. Waiting for our orders for over 15 minutes. Very bad service will not be returning. Like I said in other posts about other fast food restaurants in this town. What...

Once again disappointed by this location. Not only was I asked to pull around while being one of two cars but we found Hair in every item we ordered. Made the mistake of having the initial item be remade instead of simply asking for a refund and the replacement was just as disgusting. To top it off We initially returned because we had only noticed hair in one of the items and were clearly not through in checking the rest of the food as upon eating the other items there was more hair. The only good thing i've been able to get at this location is a drink however that is not to give credit to anyone but whoever services the soda machine. Will not be returning to this location as it is just disappointment...
