CHICKEN LOOKED RAW!

this place is connected with Denny’s, I came here for a birthday. It was completely emptied. It was an awkward first greet. The person who checked us in said to my boyfriend “you’re back again, I recognize you” we never been here once and when we said that he replied “yes, I recognize you because of the hair” - we kind of gave up because he kept insisting when we clearly said he has mistaken us lol. this was a bit off and made it weird? Because he has a same hair as somebody, you assume he looks like the same customer as another? When we ordered wings for the whole table, near the end I noticed the wings were raw and lots of blood. I thought it was just one wing. So I took another from another flavour and left that one on the side. Same thing. Raw! I discreetly told my boyfriend and he said he thought it was just him that the wings were bloody. He asked all his friends and we saw their plate had the same situation! The manager was kindly enough to waive it off the bill. But it definitely lost our appetite. I would have gave it a 1 star but the waitress that took care of our table was kind and had great customer service. I wouldn’t come here again and was surprised this can happen to a franchise...

I was literally sitting for 30 mins before my order was even taken. The server said she was slammed, but there were only about 12 people sitting in the lounge area. Adding insult to injury 3 people sat down after me and were served promptly by the other servee. My server had actually waited on the the table beside me 4 times. Instead of simply apologizing I heard excuses. Aside from this experience my other visits were positive.

I love Bar One!!!! For a take out they have bottles of wine and the selection is wonderful!!!!! Jas often answers the phone and gets my order perfect!!!! She is the perfect person to answer the phone and has a great memory to remember even the little things. We love the wing special on Thursdays and we all agree the wings are the best here, I like the house salad to go with this.
