I have never been so disrespected in my life. I asked for an almond milk cappuccino, when i got it the foam was a dark brown, I stirred it a little bit and it was just dark brown all the way. When I tasted it it was extremely bitter as if i was given a coffee that was reheated. I decided to not make a big deal as i was on a rush so I decided to add a little bit of sugar but it was just un drinkable. I asked the barista why the foam was so dark as every time i have gotten a capuccino the foam looks white. He immediately got very angry and defensive and told me that he knows how to do a capuccino and started to yell at me and tell me that i ordered almond milk and almond milk is not white but off white but the capuccino was literally the same brown as the coffee so I was just speechless at his response and demeanour, I didnt say anything but he continued to yell at me and talked down to me. I was very calm the whole time because I didnt think it was a problem to get a coffee like that and maybe he could have make it again and end of the story but he decided to continue to yell at me so i asked for a refund but he said that I was not getting a refund and that he was gonna give me another one but it was gonna be the same. At the end i told him I really didnt want another one of the same but a refund and that i didnt get why he was talking to me like that. In a very angry way while banging things around he gave me some of the money back (not a full refund) and told me to get out and that i wasn’t welcomed back. Very horrible experience. Read moreI regret to report an unsatisfactory experience I recently encountered at your establishment, which happens to be the nearest cafe to my school. Upon entering, I greeted your staff with a smile and inquired about your matcha offerings. Regrettably, the encounter quickly turned sour as the cashier responded brusquely and failed to adequately address my inquiries. Despite confirming the availability of iced matcha, the subsequent preparation did not meet expectations, resembling more of a milk-based beverage than the promised matcha.
When I politely requested a stronger concentration of matcha, I was met with resistance from the cashier, who defended the concoction as per your establishment's recipe. Fortunately, the barista intervened and attempted to rectify the situation by adding a minimal amount of matcha powder atop the latte, without properly incorporating it. Additionally, when requesting a vanilla pump and offering to pay for it, I was met with unnecessary repetition from the barista regarding payment.
As a customer, I value clear communication, attentiveness to requests, and quality in products served. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in customer service and product quality at your esteemed...

Since we get into the place the server wasn’t giving a the best attitude, he was seated and the place was empty, just the 4 of us on the line, after ordering our food we pay a 49CAD bill and we went to sit… then my father in law ask for sugar and made the mistake of putting the used spoon inside the sugar container, he immediately apologize and my husband apologized too, the server attitude was awful after that, I asked for the WIFI and he refuse saying that I have to wait cause “he was too upset about the sugar situation and he had to toss the whole sugar container”.
