The building is way over priced just a small room THAT only cost 750$ with HASTINGS RATS/ Black mold infestation within walls (warning if breathing issues) the entire building has no heat n can get very cold basically like being outside if u don't own a space heater xxx 13 year air conditioning stuck in window within plexiglass n plywood the bathroom is even worst if lucky enough not plugged with fecies but there are very good hearted people jus down on luck in the economy so if u don't mind n can live with all that than its great family almost building but the price is ridiculous needs a...

How does this place have 3.4?!?! It’s one of the last good ol fashion / OG / true and true DIVE bars in Vancouver. Literally, this place dates back to the 1950’s (possibly earlier).
