I sent to you my complaint email yesterday then I posted a review in google map and you only reply to the public review not my email. This is my reponse to your response that clearly show you really do not care about my experience and you just care about public review and your response involved many covert projection, blame shifting and lies that expose your lack of professionalism, respect and basic customer service. I sent you an email before writing the review here and you never replied to me. In your response here you added the same email address I already sent my email yesterday as if I did not send anything and you would reply, but I sent it before and you are the only one who did not reply to my email and only care about public fake response, I also sent you a private message on Instagram yesterday and you again never reply and I strongly reject your manipulation and covert projection, you are the one who intentionally not reply my email and insta messages I sent before this posting review. You only replied to the public review so other customers could see it and not because of my complaint and caring about my own experience. This shows your lack of credibility, manipulation, covert projection and lies. DoorDash never contact me at all as you falsely claim and thid lie by you clearly shows you are very disrespectful, discrimination againt me and covertly trying to project it to me instead of dealing with my complaint with professionalism, respect, high honesty and high customer service. This is also clear attempt to escape your responsibility and lie as if you did everything but in fact you never anything just care about public fake review, and I strongly reject all of your manipulations, covert projection and blame shifting, lies, very disrespect, unprofessionalism, lack of customer care toward my complaint. Your response also show you take it personally not professionally with considering that I AM THE CUTOMER and you must be not discriminated towards me, I stated in my complaint what has happened with me in details and your response focus only on how to back and fasley try to project to me as you and door dash againt me as if it war not CUSTMER complaint and I strongly reject your unprofessionalism, professional immaturity very disrespect, lack of basic customer service. I strongly demand compensate me for what you did to me yesterday and I strongly demand that you send to me the evidence that you not the one who cancel my order and your contact of doordash.

I submitting my complaint and report against your intentional neglect, very disrespect of my order and waiting time, very unprofessionalism and intentional to not providing me the service that I paid for which is pure discrimination.

I ordered via doordash at 4pm on 18th July 2025 and after waiting for more than one and half hour and after the delivery person contacted me and informed me he was waiting my order, I asked him to ask your staff to give him my order and you taken very long time, after my message suddenly the order was completely cancelled without any apology, clarifications and consideration of my order and the huge amount of time I waited. We decided to meet up with our friend for breakfast at Bisou west end location. This is our friend’s second visit and he had a nice experience the first time so we were excited to try with him. The store is aesthetically pleasing although the indoor table is a little bit small for 3 of us. My friend got a chocolate croissant but after a few bites, he still couldn’t find the chocolate so he brought it back. The staff replaced another one for him but this time he cut it open and only found a tiny chocolate inside. My friend was quite disappointed. He said when he orders chocolate croissant in other local cafe, he knows he’s having a chocolate croissant, not in Bisou however. He rather just order a plain butter croissant next time at least he knows what he’s paying for. He said he probably won’t come here again. We also ordered a pistachio danish and leek strudel, cappuccino and latte. They offered to warm up the strudel. Both danish and strudel were good but not amazing for the prices they charged. I would warn you be careful the temperature of the hot beverage though. I did burn my tongue with the first sip of my latte and I think they might have burn the milk a little.
