Hi there,

I just received an awful takeaway from you guys. I’m a regular customer and tonight I’m really upset and angry about the service I received.

I had placed the order via Uber 25 minutes prior to arrival. When I arrived the lady said it’d be 4 minutes. Half an hour again later I finally got my food.

It was all cold due to The restaurant being busy, you were under staffed and the female worker was absolutely terrible at multi-tasking.

Paid $97 for my order and tbh it was a complete joke.

I realised when I finally got back to my car that she had also forgotten one of the double cheese burgers. When I went back there she acknowledged it but then instantly forgot so I asked the guy and it was sat on the side stone cold. Meanwhile the rest of the food in my car was also stone cold.

All the fries were cold, so were the burgers and the burger buns were cremated (burnt) and all just thrown into their wrapper looking like a sloppy mess.

I am a regular customer and at first your chef’s were professional (Turkish). Now it just seems like they’re any and anybody.

Long story short, me and my family couldn’t eat this expensive meal tonight and are going to order something elsewhere.

Went in here May 21st, 2021 probably at around 11:05am. Per google, restaurant opens at 11AM. Was gonna get a falafel plate but i couldn’t get into the restaurant to order for takeout. The person inside was gesturing that the door is locked, maybe the person is saying no dine in? I’m not sure, i just wanted to go inside and order for take out. I guess i could’ve used ubereats but i wanted to see what the restaurant looks like. I am all into supporting small business. Anyways the person inside didn’t bother to talk to me why i am not allowed to go in so i just stood on the side outside and ordered KFC online. After ordering KFC, i was gonna cross the street then the person started bringing the plants, patio chairs and tables outside, noticed me, and didn’t say a thing. I don’t know, maybe the person was dealing with something before inside, but i know that i saw the person inside just standing and using a cellphone while i was waiting outside. So i am having a hard time understanding why i was not given service. Anyways this review is just temporary as I will change it once I tried the food. I really wanna try the food myself as the menu looks great and the pictures of the food looks great too. I’ll swing...

Mmmmm. Thanks a million!! I really needed something great tonight!! Eating your food, EXCITED as well as NOURISHED my TASTE BUDS and my SOUL !!! I had the CHEESEBURGER and FRIES and chicken wrap. Then I picked up a LOTUS CHEESECAKE (I was nervous as I don't know what lotus tastes like, but your staff said it was his choice) while in store!! And I have to say, while your cheeseburger is just a burger, MAN WAS IT A CHEESEBURGER🍔!! As well the cheesecake was 🎶 FABUUUULOUS!! (The wrap is my lunch tomorrow) But your food was very WELL SEASONED, hitting all the right notes like a SYMPHONY, I could really FEEL the LOVE 🥰 !!! So this homeless girl was happy with her dinner choice tonight!! Also, I'd like to add (even though I took it to go, as I have a dog) but your VENUE is CLEAN and SEXY, I used to live just a couple blocks away and never really noticed it, once or twice I looked at it, but it never pulled me in!! This time I found it thru Google maps and I didn't want fast food or Chinese, and you were STILL OPEN AT 12AM, and man am I glad!!! So GREAT JOB to YOU and your STAFF!!
