It's located across from Saunter cafe. The swan latte art is a bit different from anyone else’s. After one sip, all I can say is this must be the most fragrant and rich latte, with absolutely no bitter coffee grounds taste. The milk flavor was just right, perfectly blending with the espresso without any clashes. There was a faint milky aftertaste that came through a little at the end, making it incredibly smooth. Even someone like me, who doesn't usually love lattes, was amazed (especially since I'd already had a coffee before coming here.)

Only con is that the shop is a bit too hot. That’s why I was sitting outside.

I can only say, if you're planning to go to Saunter, you might as well try this eye-opening Italian...

Really amazing new coffee shop in town! Great location, ambience, and superb coffee. šŸ‘ŒšŸ¼ I know it’s high quality because I don’t normally enjoy plain americanos or plain french press coffee (other coffee shops ruined it for me), but here I love it, the taste is sooo smooth! I also bought beans to make my own coffee at home. The owner is Italian and very educated about coffee as he has worked and trained in the various areas of the coffee industry for many years; he even roasts his own beans and is just so knowledgeable about coffee, you can tell he brings the passion to work with him every day! I love supporting great small local businesses, and I love coffee, so I’m happy to have found this new coffee...

A local hidden gem which is easy to miss, but worth seeking out! Ordered an oat milk cappuccino and a pistachio croissant to go.

Coffee was well-rounded and smooth with a balanced hint of the acid reminiscent of a good quality bean and roast. Croissant was crisp, not too sweet, topped with lightly salted nuts and a simple delight.

Perfect to take for a lil picnic in Dude Chilling Park a few steps away. Parking nearby to pop in for a takeout wouldn't be too challenging.

Owner and barista Simone is friendly, quick and skilled. You get a sense of supporting local and a genuine, personal interaction which can feel lacking in this city and larger...

As a self-proclaimed coffee snob, I’m usually hard to impress—but Estratto absolutely delivered. The coffee was smooth and bold with this great full chocolatey aftertaste that really stood out. You can tell right away that Simone, the owner, knows his coffee inside and out. On top of that, he was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I was relieved to find a great coffee shop in Vancouver since I’m only here for two days.
