Ethical Bean Coffee — Restaurant in Vancouver

I purchased a bag of Ethical Bean Coffee from Costco Nanaimo and put the beans in my electric coffee grinder. The grinder got stuck and I noticed that there was a black piece of plastic mixed in with the beans, about the size of a marble. I contacted Ethical Bean Coffee via email, and never received a response. Shortly after realizing they were not interested in responding to my email about a compromised bag of coffee, my wife messaged them on Instagram. She, too, was ignored.

I won’t be purchasing any EB coffee moving forward. They clearly don’t care about the quality control of their product, or about responding to customer concerns...

Bought a coffee with their cups from one of their vendors, the cup started disintegrating lid fell off and bottom of the cup startrr dripping all over my white shirt. When I called to complain I was met with condescension and snickering as if it was an unusual requere for them to at least take care of the dry cleaning for the putting an item on the market that is faulty. Love their coffee but ORDER IT FROM AMAZON! They ship Canada Post, and my order of over $100 was never delivered. (I was home all day, and literally outside at the time they claim it was delivered.) Reached out to the company, and they just said it should be delivered. I have been offered no compensation nor have they offered to re-ship my order. So do yourself a favour, and order their coffee through Amazon. At least you can get your money back if they deliver it to the...
