Prik Thai Eatery is a “to-go” only food establishment

Randomly choose Prik Thai Eatery as I have never ate at their place before & just felt like trying somewhere different for Thai food. What a wonderful surprise!

Took advantage of a BOGO special of Lemongrass fish stir fry (with Thai seafood spicy dip) - love the basa! It wasn't overly cooked and the lightly stir fried mixture covering it was super lemongrass flavourful. I appreciate the dip on the side, so that I can gauge how much I can handle, as its on the (delayed) spicy side for me.

In addition, also ordered a fried chicken cashew set. The accompanying soup was extraordinarily salty, so I just ate the tofu & wakame. The main dish I received was a substitute mix of fried chicken, chicken, fish, beef, tofu & cashew - loved it all, especially with its flavourful fry of cashew mix!

Loved that their unique stir fry mixes are so wonderfully different from typical Thai restaurant recipes.

Looking forward to trying different dishes in the future!

First time trying this place under Coho Commissary Kitchen and was pretty impressed. Ordered through Uber Eats (they had a BOGO deal going on) and was able pick up the order at a reasonable time. The place offers quite a selection of authentic Thai dishes. We tried the Pad Thai Prawns, Eggplant Pad Kapao with Extra Tofu, Chicken Cashew Nut and HOT Beef Fried Rice. Everything was delicious and the flavors were on point. We were taken by surprise how spicy the Fried Rice was but it was still enjoyable. Fair prices and generous portions. Definitely will order...
