Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Vancouver

I love the food at Pizza Hut but I’m never ordering from this location ever again!!! It was the 3rd or 4th time that either something is missing or it’s the incorrect order and last night, the driver called me saying that he was downstairs and wanted my buzzer # so I gave it to him and let him in and I’m waiting for a knock at the door to receive my pizza…and waiting…and waiting…and waiting and I live in a newly built but cheaply built building where the elevators are crap and bypass your floor several times before stopping and they're really the bane of my existance so that's what I thought it was but after 15 minutes or so of waiting, I called the number that he had just called me from and I’m like "are you not in the building?" he's like oh yeah I left the pizza at your door so I open the door and he's left my pizza on the ground!!! In the hallway!!! Without ever knocking but how was I to know!? Am I not deserving enough of receiving my pizza from your hands instead of picking it up off the ground? I've never written a Google review before but this place certainly deserves 5 stars!! Cannot say enough positive things about Guru --he went above and beyond with his customer service. He is patient and friendly and I've never had a more welcoming experience at a new restaurant. I really appreciate the service I received and while I was waiting for my order I could tell there are a lot of regulars here because of the staff that are employed. I ordered from this location and it took two hours for delivery. The manager said the next order would be 75 percent off. So we ordered again and they called back 15 minutes later saying they didn’t have a delivery driver but if we paid cash they could send a door dash driver. So we agreed to that.
