Updated review: DRIVER WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO UPSET MY DOG & PURPOSELY DISREGARDED INSTRUCTIONS. Do not order from this location if you ask for no knocking on the door. I started ordering from here again because the quality of the food really improved but that ends now. Their drivers are deeply unprofessional. THREE TIMES IN A ROW now the instructions specifically said not to knock, because the sound upsets the dog greatly. Today the exact instructions were “DO NOT KNOCK. Seriously. It upsets the dog”. When I confronted the driver he blew me off and just kept saying okay as he walked away. There is zero excuse for this. They are going out of their way to purposely rile up a pet. And they can’t say they didn’t see the instructions because they always manage to leave it in the exact place requested.

My partner and I ordered a maple bacon pizza with mushrooms. We ordered extra toppings, and as can be seen in the photo, there are very few toppings let alone the extras we PAID for. On top of it, the service was atrocious. We specifically wrote in the delivery section to leave it by the mailbox because of the dog. Instead, the driver ignored this and knocked very hard on our door. When I answered, he wasn’t wearing a mask and when I asked him to back up because he wasn’t, he dropped out food on the ground and stormed off. We made a complaint to the location but haven’t heard a thing. We’ve ordered from them before and the pizza has been undercooked. This was the straw that broke the camels back. I recently visited the Pizza Hut location on Main Street and had an excellent experience. I was assisted by a staff member named Shirazium (I apologize if I am spelling his name incorrectly). He was a middle-aged gentleman wearing glasses, and his friendly and professional attitude truly stood out.

From the moment I walked in, Shirazium was welcoming, polite, and very attentive. He made sure my order was accurate and ready in a timely manner. His excellent customer service really enhanced my overall visit. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and kind in the fast-food industry.

As for the food — the pizza was exceptional! It was served hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor. I’ve visited many Pizza Hut locations in the past, but this was honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve had from the chain. The crust was perfectly baked, and the toppings were just right.

I highly recommend everyone to visit this Pizza Hut on Main Street. The quality of service and food here truly makes it stand out from other locations. A big thank you again to Shirazium for making my experience so positive. I’ll definitely be...

So this is the worst customer service ever!!! The main st location never answers heir phone. I have called to complain that my order was not delivered correctly and no one bothers to pick up the phone.

Calling your round about phone # does nothing there is no "manager/supervisor" to speak with all they can do is transfer me to a location that does not answer their phone.

After giving up on the redelivery for the 2L I didn't receive and the cinnaparts that were raw, I called 2 more times over the next few days with NO answer. And then emailed your complaint department and you never got back to me.

Now 3 weeks later and still no answer. Tried to call in so my order wouldn't get screwed up and they can't do the the correct order because it is an " online " deal but you're website will not allow me to order the correct toppings because of a layout failure on your website.
