Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Vancouver

I come by at this place often whenever there is a boy the service feels good, but I don’t know about the girls. I have ordered separately three times from three girls. They are very unfriendly.I don’t think so They know what customer service is about no greeting nothing at all and it feels like we are Making them work a lot by just asking what is expected from them. You ask for anything they’re rude then they don’t even put proper portions. I’ve never been greeted when I walked in never been smiled at. I am the one who’s saying thank you. They’re very unprofessional rude and and so not fitted for customer service I am writing this review after experiencing this three times last time I tried to call and I asked for a manager they even lied that I am the manager when I when I asked who am I speaking to then they were like oh give me five minutes and then they hung up so very rude very unprofessional. If you’re the owner or the manager reading this letting you know that I’ve asked for you as well, but they don’t share the information of course they won’t but they won’t even share the day so i can come and talk to the manager so I had to write a bad review, I’m sorry, but really I love the food, but ordering from those girls ruins the experience. Even after telling this to them there was no response at all from them and they just asked that’s everything for you!? hilarious seriously!! How they handled * not* handled...

Me and my friend, we just wanted to get some churros, and we have been to their location on kingsway so we were really looking forward to satisfying our cravings.

Let me tell you everything that we ordered and everything that went wrong.

Churros, pack of 10: over cooked, no cinnamon sugar on it (it usually has it). The spicy Chipotle tofu taco: dry as hell, no sauces The cheese nachos: soggy and stale Redbull

We paid a whopping $40 untill my friend pointed out that we paid $26 for churros when it should only have been $14.99 as per the deal they had. The guy who billed us was clueless and unresponsive and called the boss who told us that we were charged wrongly and wanted to pay us back in cash (we paid by card) wanting to not cause more trouble to them we accepted what they gave us as the refund and went back home. While I have worked in this industry myself, I do understand how exhausting and monotonous this job is and respect people who do these jobs, it is easy to forget that giving the right food and service is a part of your job that you get paid for and not something that you are being forced to do for free. Ordered food for takeout and it was missing all the sauces they forgot the 3 salsa the 4 sour cream the 3 cilantro and lime sour cream the quesadilla didn’t look anything close to the picture of what I was expecting the 2 burrito bowls had jalapeños which I am highly allergic to so I couldn’t even eat them …..!!!

When I called to complain and asked for them to send me 2 new burrito bowls and the sauces the Indian girl was very rude telling me that I had to come to the store then put the phone down and didn’t come back for 20 minutes and then said not are problem and hung up the phone on me when I called back it took 30 minutes for someone else to answer the phone and they said you have to call uber and hung up on me as well …..!!!!

I wasted $72.07 and after contacting uber they gave me a $5.00 credit on my next order I should have received a full refund highly do not recommend this place they will rip you off just like they did to...
