Yesterday evening, I visited Subway for a quick meal and was fortunate to be served by Monica, one of the sandwich makers. It’s always refreshing to encounter staff who show enthusiasm and care about providing great customer service, especially during busy hours.

Today at around 2 pm I ordered from the app and the order apparently didn’t go through to them. However I was charged twice and when I went there hoping to get some help as the online system says to deal with the restaurant first they were very rude and u helpful. Making it seem like i am there to ask for their will. I was charged twice, there is no online contact page either. The manager refused to help too. Fine, I asked them to just put it in writing that I received no order, that wasn’t done either just because she didn’t want to. Requested to speak with manager again but was refused.
Before this few weeks back I had recieved bad mayo in the sandwich and I went to let them know and returned the order. I puked later that night but what was surprising was when I returned the sandwich visibly looking sick they made no effort to find what had gone stale. So they essentially served the same stale product to others too. It was the only time that had happened so I started ordering there again after a break. I REALLY APPRECIATE HARD WORKING PEOPLE, WHO ARE WILLING TO GO THAT EXTRA LIL BIT, TO MAKE A CUSTOMER HAPPY, AND MAKE THE BUSINESS A LIL BIT OF EXTRA MONEY.
MOST OF THE TIMES TODAY, YOU'D GET SOME WHO WOULD SAY TO YOU, "NO, I DON'T HAVE ANY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP." BUT NOT OFFER UP ANY MORE INFO, AS TO; "DO YOU HAVE SOME IN THE COOLER, YOU DON'T HAVE ANY, OR JUST NOT ALREADY MADE? HOW LONG WOULD IT RAKE TO WHIP UP A BATCH?"
LIKE PEOPLE TODAY, SEEM MORE INTERESTED IN COLLECTING A PAY-CHEQUE, BUT NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING IN RETURN/EXCHANGE TO RECEIVE THAT PAY-CHEQUE.
SO I WHOLE HEARTEDLY APPRECIATE IT, WHEN PEOPLE GO THAT EXTRA MILE TODAY, LIKE THIS BEAUTIFUL WOMAN DID FOR ME, WHEN I WAS UNDER A TIME CRUNCH.
SHE EVEN TOLD ME, THAT ANYTHING I WANT, IF THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK, COUKD BE READY FOR ME IN 15 MINUTES FROM THE TIME I HANG UP THE PHONE.
