Quiznos Marine Drive — Restaurant in Vancouver

I regret writing this, I used to come to this store quite often. I stopped coming because the staff have no smile on their faces, and most are rude. I gambled to come back the other day to try out again because I was craving for Quiznos, It was a mistake. It has gone way worse. What I acknowledged tables are broken, this is on the Owner/Manager, it seems like Owner/Manager don't give a damn about the atmosphere either. Was out of the sandwich I wanted to order, having said that sandwiches are never consistent sometimes its soggy or less, or too much meat on them. I tried to call to express my concerns with Owner/Manager, whether the phone is not working or they were pretending that they could not hear me. GET A NEW PHONE, so people can call it's not working. Put a smile on your faces, take the ear pieces out of your ears so you can focus on the sandwiches, not whoever you guys are talking to.

I may come back again, in the near future, ounce is on Manager to address these concerns. I may remove this comment if I see changes.

Service is a hit or miss here. Sometime it felt really awkward in there, and other times it was not so bad. The last time I went, the staff was quite friendly and prompt.

Sandwich-wise… I think Quiznos used to be pretty good about a decade ago! Now, not so much. Breads and sauces definitely changed. Last time I had 2 of the lobster ones it was horrible, almost inedible actually. :P This time I opt for something I used to enjoy, honey bacon club, it wasn’t bad but also wasn’t good. Bread was a bit chewy instead of fluffy. Veggies was very lacking, I expected more than that.

They are slower than Subways, I do want to point that out, I don’t mind waiting but other people might.

Personally, I rather go to Subways.

That being said, I do like their tater tots price and portion! Will probably come back for that when I...

I don't normally leave reviews but this time just feel I have to.

I've been coming here since this location opened and the place has slowly gone downhill - today was the last straw. My order was not even toasted, nothing in my Chicken carbonara just chicken in it - where were the mushrooms, bacon and mozzarella?? My kids orders were both wrong and I suppose the kids meals now come with 3" of bread literally 2 bites now instead of 6" I had to repeat my order several times to the person and they still got it wrong.

They were working on a big catered order when I came in, I agreed to wait but clearly they were all flustered and couldn't get anything right.

I'd give zero stars...
