They didn’t have tuna, stating they were short staffed. When it came to veggies, I told to person no tomatoes, onions, and hot peppers. She was too interested in talking to her coworker that I had to stop her every step in the way for the said veggies. When it came to condiments and extras, I only mentioned parmesan, and she added a whole lot of pepper. I told her that I didn’t mention pepper. Instead of starting my sandwich again, she just removed the top layer of stuff, didn’t replace the top layer, and then proceeded to ADD pepper again. I corrected her again, and by this time a huge line was forming behind me. She removed the layer again, and that’s when I told her that the pepper is on the bun as well as all the other ingredients on the sandwich. She started arguing with me that there was no pepper anymore when anyone with common sense would know that once salt or pepper is thrown on it’s impossible to get rid of. Frequently refuses to add toppings because "it doesnt fit" despite all other subways I've gone to being able to make my order. They always have an attitude like they hate their job. I understand its fast food and that fast food is a hard job, but that doesnt excuse talking over customers and refusing toppings.
