Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Vancouver

Just a heads up today!!

I always Ignore putting a bad review but this time My patience were burnt!’

Started my day with a coffee from here, and I wish I hadn’t. Weak, bitter, No sugar, I Always get the same quality as I had morning classes and get my coffee from Tim Hortons and Always thinks that this time it should be better, Definitely not coming back unless they improve.

Really Disappointed.. Specially added to notes to add 3 milk and 3 Sugar which was not at all added and even coming to class and going back to change is always Annoying and complicated!!

Never seen happy faces wishing at this Place, This is not one time thing! and no one ever pleases you… Going to other Tim hortons or Starbucks is way better I think!! I recommend to have a stop at Main street at Tim to get a coffee as Langara College Tim serves the bitter as well as low quality coffee!!

I hope This message Change thier behaviour towards making good coffee for the start ups...

Horrible experience at this tim hortons . Order vanilla iced latte and a chicken wrap . Did mobile order and Specifically on my order it says extra sweetener and extra espresso shot but they never added anything , That coffee simply tasted like water with ice in it , may be they just put few drop of milk and sugar in it, was very awful . Also asked them for to change it but gave me the same iced latte again as i tasted it before and had my lipstick mark on the cup , the chicken in the wrap gave a very strange odour. Was getting late for class and they took 20 minutes to prepare my order and still after waiting they served shitty food .

Manager and supervisors must need to be changed and team needs to be trained properly to follow the instructions as given on...

I ordered veggie cilantro lime wrap, but guess what the staff decided to give me cilantro chicken wrap and the fact is I am vegetarian I don’t eat meat or any non veg, and it was my first time trying the wrap and had the worst experience of my life. I ate half just with a mindset that patty is made of paneer or plant based had no idea that eating chicken. Half way stood up and asked staff that what it is made up of she is casually oooo it’s chicken and sent the person who prepared and morally saying sorry!!!! But you can’t undo the mistake and I didn’t want the refund or any remake, just want you guys just check order 2-3 times while making and after making it, you have no idea how much hurt I am at this moment.
