Restaurant condition: Pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant. Pictures were after 9pm on a Saturday so should be well after any dinner rush. The dining area (not pictured) wasn't much better with trays and garbage left on many tables, and a garbage bin overflowing.
Service: My wait time was typical of most Wendy's I go to (not fast, but not unreasonable) and I had an online order so no real interaction with the staff. However, 2 other guests and 2 skip drivers came in while I was waiting for my order. Guest #1 ordered a large frosty. What she got was partially melted and it was smeared all on the outside of the cup. She showed him the mess and asked for a napkin. He told her there are napkins behind her on the beverage counter suggesting she could clean it up herself. Guest #2 had ordered some combos. When the cashier brought the drink cups, he put them upside down and slid them across the counter...the same counter the previous customer put her cash and change on and based on the cleanliness of the restaurant, likely hasn't been cleaned for quite a while. As for the skip drivers, they were both told they'd have to wait at least 10 minutes for their orders. Apparently, they don't have the orders ready at the requested time but rather, he enters the order into the system when they show up.
Food: Honestly, the food was as expected. Pretty typical of what I'd get elsewhere and the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1. Despite that, what I witnessed there still left a bad taste...
Read moreAvoid being ripped off by the kiosk machine. The transaction will go through then you go and ask the manager for a refund and they will say you have to prove it- even after seeing an error message on the kiosk machine- saying that your payment went through.
If you can prove that your card has been charged they will give you a refund. No apologies offered though. All they have to say is the next time you visit the restaurant don't use the kiosk machine. I used another card though to make sure and again the same happened. So I gave up!
Not surprised at all by the lack of professionalism and customer service skills in the response I got from management. Instead of offering an apology or say that maybe something went wrong with their machine. All they have to say was that something was wrong with both of my cards even after proving them twice that both of my cards were charged by their defective POS system.
Luckily, I could prove that my card was charged and get my money back. Only thinking about those who may not check their card transactions or may not have online access right away to prove a transaction and are getting a charge for a purchase they never made. Read moreUpdate # 2 I order food from skip the dish. Wendy’s didn’t give my food to the driver. They only give him my drink. The drive was confuse on why someone would only order a drink. He double checked with the worker and they said just the drink.
Update: I order food though skip the dish. Wendy’s is the worse of the worse. I waited over an hour and a half for my food. All my food was cold and I was missing an item. If it wasn’t for my daughter, I would have NEVER order from Wendy’s. This happens way too many times. If you are busy, why accept more orders for delivery. I work in fast food. We can decline orders or turn off the delivery system.
The employees need to learn to read English proper. Or go back to school to learn English. They always screwing up my order. I have stop going there for awhile. My daughter likes Wendy’s so I decided to order Wendy’s again. The employees are still screwing up my orders. It’s like they don’t know how to read. If asked for no ice, they still put ice in or asked for easy ice, they put extra ice. I order 2 cheesy burgers, they put bacon in it. I order 2 large fries, they make it half the size.
