Nice, neighbourhood cafe with homemade bread and baked goods at the corner of West 16th and Willow, where free street parking is easy to find. Outdoor seating is also available, which is nice on a warm day. I visited several times to get a Iced Chai Latte (excellent) and a shortbread cookie or gingersnap cookie (both good). I have also used the Too Good To Go app to buy their surplus baked goods at the end of day. And our 3-minute interaction from start to finish was me asking one question and him banging on the lids and making an other noises to show me what they had on the menu. I would’ve happily left if he told me he didn’t want to serve me but instead resorted to passive aggressiveness. It’s quite a shame as I didn’t mind stopping by again to try some other goods. Disrespect is normally free and I would hate to have to pay for that too. Maybe work on being more...
