Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Vanderhoof

On a hot summer day I decided to stop by Tim Hortons for a refreshing drink. I ordered an ice cappuccino at the drive through and was greeted by a friendly and cheerful server. She took my order quickly and efficiently, and when I arrived at the window she handed me my drink with a smile, and two other servers also were at the window smiling too! It's great to see happiness when being served! The ice cappuccino was delicious and refreshing, just what I needed to cool down. It had a rich and creamy taste, with a hint of coffee flavor. I enjoyed every sip and that satisfied my thirst.

Another day, I went to Tim Hortons for lunch and ordered a grilled chicken wrap. The server at the till was very polite and helpful, and my wrap was ready in no time. The wrap was wrapped in a warm and soft tortilla, and filled with tender and juicy chicken, crisp lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and a tangy sauce. It was very flavorful and I enjoyed every bite.

The atmosphere at Tim Hortons was lovely and relaxing. The restaurant was clean and spacious, and had a nice decor. 930 dec 4th I ordered a double double orange peako tea double cupped not a sleeve girl at order screen was super sweet and polite but was given attitude by the guy at the window when I reminded him politely I asked for it double cup then when I asked for my second tea bag (because i only saw one tea tag on the cup) he huffed and sighed loudly and litteraly threw the extra tea bag in my car at me throught my window,get down the road take a drink it was half coffee half tea this so I dumped it out immediately and saw not 1 but 2 broken tea bags at the bottom of my cup one without the string. I got the whole thing on dash cam record with voice record and will be contacting the owner (yes the owner not the manager because she's even worse never met such a rude Manger in my 14 yrs of work) and showing him tomorrow after being treated absolutely aweful with by such rude employee. I want to express my extreme disappointment with the consistent poor quality of food and service at the Tim Hortons location in Vanderhoof. I am a regular customer, but the experience continues to be unsatisfactory.

My primary issue is with the coffee in the morning between 11-3 am, which consistently fails to meet basic expectations. It frequently tastes old and stale, not at all like a fresh brew. To make matters worse, this past Tuesday, the coffee was so weak it was practically tasteless and watery. I don't know anything about Tim Hortons production standards, but as a customer, I know it should not taste like that.
