Café Dépôt — Restaurant in Vaudreuil-Dorion

My friends got 2 sandwiches which were very dry, serve with a side of attitude and not a warm welcome. I’ve been there a few times and every time I have to wipe down the tables myself or bring it to someone’s attention. I was just arriving and settling down when the employee came up to me once my friends left and said “are you not consuming? and you are taking up 2 tables. This is a business you don’t come here to use up the wifi and take all the space, and then waves around like look around what if a rush comes in and there’s no space because you’re taking up 2 tables? I saw the cameras last time and you were here and didn’t consume.” I said I’m sorry I just got here and my friends just left. And proceeded to make me feel extremely embarrassed and unwelcome. The couple next to me was in disbelief as they saw this. I ended up buying a drink I didn’t even want just as an apology but I just wanted to get the hell out of there. He ended up saying he was the manager and that his colleagues told him he needs to be more stern about people coming and just using up the space. Anyways. I’ve had bad feelings towards here and refuse to come back, along with my friends too. Hoping a better cafe open up in Vaudreuil that...

Just went here today was served immediately. Great service very friendly the Steak sandwich and pesto, pasta salad, Are to die for. The only reason why I give it a four star is this is the second time I’ve ordered a Matcha iced latte and I find it too milky. I feel like I’m drinking Matcha flavoured milk I feel like with the bigger sizes for a Matcha latte maybe add an extra of the Matcha so that you can really taste the matcha which, by the way is perfectly sweetened. Last time I got the Matcha latte I added vanilla syrup to it and they put four pumps of vanilla syrup in a 20 ounce and that was too much syrup. It was overpowering but overall still really good just feel like they should lessen the vanilla syrup and add a little bit more Matcha to bigger sizes . Keep up...

Excellent cafe! I've already been twice to pick up lunch for my husband and I, and we are very impressed!

Their sandwiches, wraps and salads are delicious and both times I ordered the muffins which were fresh out of the oven :) The coffee is also delicious!

The wonderful people working here are very friendly and kind, and they always make sure to pack my orders up nicely for me so that they're easy to carry out - you do not find this level of detail everywhere and I appreciate it very much.
