Would have been able to rate a lot higher if the service was there. If you know which sushi to order and if you order freshly done sushi, it's actually really good. The service on the other hand is the worst I've seen in a long time. We ordered from them I would say about 20+ times and probably 9 out of the 20 times we ordered there was something missing in the order. When you order in advance they always give a delay that is too short so you end up waiting 10-15 minutes for a pickup. If I would have to make a prime example of what customer service should NOT be like, this place would be the perfect example. I guess we are part of the problem since we keep coming back, but if another sushi place opens up in the area with similar quality/prices I will be saying goodbye...

However, I could've gotten past the poor quality of the food if it hadn't been for one thing... the soap dispenser in (apparently) the only bathroom was completely dry, it was collecting dust! I literally feel ill thinking of raw fish being prepared by unwashed hands. I really don't want to be unkind, the eployees were very nice but due to the qaulity of the rice, the fact that my sushi rolls disintigrated with the gentle touch of a chop-stick and (most importantly!) the aforementioned soap situation...
