Unfortunately there is no 0 star options because this store doesn't deserve any.
I'm taking the time to write this because:
a) This is not the first time I've been disappointed by this store b) There were too many things wrong about my interaction and the service c) Dishonesty
b) The store was out of fish, out of napkins, out of cups for the condiments, peanuts and limes c) I clearly ordered spicy pad see-ew for takeout as apparent on my receipt which I have kept but was given pad thai instead, I also have pictures to show this with date stamps. I understand that mistakes are sometimes made, we're all human after all, and I could see that the chef noticed that he made a mistake after he hesitated to give me the food.
The cashier immediately intervened and gave me the packaged food. I didn't quite understand what happened but knew something was wrong, and from my past experience, this store never makes the food spicy as I request it so my assumption was that it wasn't, hence I asked whether it was spicy, to which the cashier responded yes, and again rushed me into taking the food.
When I got back home, the food given to me was pad thai rather than Pad Sew. After having the first bite, the taste also confirmed that it wasn't spicy at all.
What I'm furious about is the sheer dishonesty of this store; I will never step into this store again and will go out of my way to ensure that people are aware of this, unless the owners are made aware of their malpractices.
This is completely unacceptable and employees who are dishonest should not have a place in this store. I know this is not a franchise wide pandemic since I've had great food at...
Read moreI’ve only been to this location 3 times and unfortunately all three times haven’t been great experiences.
The first time we were in line for 20 minutes and when we finally received our meals, the noodles weren’t cooked down enough and we’re still hard. They were busy that day so we just chalked it up to that. The second time we went, we ordered for 2 people and the wait was 20 minutes again. One meal came 10 minutes before the other and when the second order was finally made, they remade the first order and got short with us for taking the first order they handed to us! Mind you, it couldn’t have been a mistake on our part because it was exactly what we bought and no one else was claiming it (we asked others in line to make sure). The last time we purchased from there, it was an order to go for 3 people and one of us got a general tao chicken on white rice so doused in sauce that there was no white rice. The second one of us received a shrimp fried rice with barely any shrimp (not kidding like 3-4 pieces) and I got a pad Thai in a half filled to go box....

Read moreCharged 11.88 for the 10.88 special. Refused to refund or admit was wrong. Blamed it's what the system charged. Did not get anything extra. Imperial roll. When demanded refund, told us not to come back after. Will not be scammed by a restaurant when she holds up a piece of paper saying it should be 10.88.
Edit* Btw, went to another Thai express and was charged the correct amount and was happy to serve us, the same day.
Waiting to hear back from someome at the website customer service. They did apologize and are suppose to reach back out to me, but havnt heard anything since over a week. Not looking for anything, other than an explanation as to why they openly try to to overcharge. It's one thing to not "participate", or to charge varying amounts for extras. But a nation wide promo, take down all promo materials.
