Got there this afternoon around 2-2:30pm.
We got seated but we waited a long time for the waitress to come see us and take our order even though there where 5 tables max. In the entire restaurant and we had to ask someone to come see us. everything was fine until we got our food.
Our waitress was putting the plates on the table and behind her there was another young employee (blonde girl) waiting with a last plate in her hands. Our waitress turns around rapidly and almost bumped into the blonde girl and told her in a very humiliating manner “next time you say something when your behind someone”... we were all shocked and felt super bad for the blonde girl and very mad at the waitress😡
We ordered one of their milkshakes in a cup to-go. They brought all the food and drinks except that milkshake. When we asked for it the same mean waitress said well you said it’s to-go so I’m waiting for you to finish your food( again in a very mean way) she started throwing her hands around and went to bring our drink.
She brings our drink a glass cup and we mentioned it again that we wanted it in a cup to go( so we can take it with us at any moment, just a little favor that we asked) and again she looks pissed and throwing her hands around again!!! tells us “well start drinking it from this one and I’ll bring your cup later” at this point we were all speechless.
She comes back with a plastic cup and takes the shake trying to put it the cup, pissed hits the bottom of the glass cup and the drink literally exploded on the table, my boyfriend’s coffee, my jacket, a phone and the entire table. “Oh, I’m sorry”
Very very unpleasant experience, felt bad for that blonde girl and ruined our...
Read moreWe went to this breakfast spot on Mother’s Day as a big group, and while we understood it might take time to seat us, the experience that followed was completely unacceptable. We waited 30 minutes at the door, which we were fine with, given our group size. But once seated, we waited another 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food—with no water, no coffee, and zero communication from our server the entire time.
What made this even more frustrating is that by the time we sat down, the restaurant was practically empty—there were maybe 5 tables occupied in total. We could have understood the delay if the place had been packed, but it wasn’t. There was no excuse for such neglect.
The waiter completely avoided our table and didn’t offer a single update. When we finally approached him, instead of taking accountability or explaining the situation, he became defensive and told us we should be “patient and understanding.” All we had asked for was some transparency—or at the very least, some water while we waited.
When the food finally arrived, there were mistakes in multiple orders. Despite the terrible service, we still left a minimum tip out of courtesy, even though it truly wasn’t deserved. To top it all off, the server actually confronted us about the tip afterward.
And it wasn’t just us—every other table in the restaurant was talking about how bad the service was. Clearly, this wasn’t a one-off issue.
Tip is earned, not expected. This was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, and it completely ruined what should have been a special Mother’s Day outing. If you value basic service and respect as a customer, do not waste...
Read moreHonestly, my boyfriend and I came for a nice little brunch on Sunday and were very disappointed. We understand that currently everyone everywhere is understaffed, so we were very understanding about the time factor (it took us excruciatingly long to get served when the restaurant wasn’t even that busy - but that was not our main issue). The order was taken 3 if not 4 times, the waiter kept forgetting what we told him (and ended up not even bringing the entire order - mind you we ordered 2 eggs Benedict and a milkshake and never got our milkshake). Again, people make mistakes and can be forgetful (but I mean you can have a pad and pen to take your orders usually, no?). Then, there’s the whole mask situation. I understand that not everyone is a fan of masks - but if you’re working in a restaurant and you walk around the restaurant, please wear your mask correctly. The mask below the chin or below the mouth is not a legitimate way of wearing it. We also got a beautiful view on the kitchen, where one of the cooks was simply not even wearing a mask at all. Servers were rude and made us feel like we were bothering them by being there. I get that we all get overwhelmed and tired - especially in such trying times - but that was just beyond...
