Worst mcdo I’ve been to. Every time I come here they mess up my order and take forever to give it me. The first time, they left my bags on the counter and didn’t say anything, we went over to ask if it was ready (after 10min of it sitting there), they said yes but when we checked half our food was missing, and obviously the food they had given us was cold. The second time, I went through the drive through and ordered an ice cream from their menu. The girl at the window handed me the wrong one and acted like I was stupidly when I tried explaining which one I wanted, I showed her a picture directly from the website and she still couldn’t figure it out. After a couple minutes and a long line forming behind me, I say forget it, she asks me if I still want ice cream (I mean I paid for it so yeah, I do), I thought they’d make a new one but she hands me back the same one I handed her that was completely melted and disgusting at that point. Third (and final) time, they erased my order to try and trick their system into thinking they’re serving people fast, but then they completely forgot about it. Saw me standing there for 30min and never checked up on me. My food was just sitting there. I had gotten a fry, a small wrap, and a pie. It shouldn’t take 30min for that and no apologies or reimbursements either. I’m disgusted by the service at this place and will definitely never be coming back. But no, I get to the drive-thru and already at the start i’m waiting 15 min for someone to even talk to me at the intercom. I decided to drive and head to the window instead since this clearly wasn’t working. I show the lady my code on my phone and she looks at me confused. I had to explain to her what a mobile order was… Once she finally found it. I was stuck in the same spot for another 15 min. No cars were moving. I head to the last window and they look at me confused saying they can’t find my order?? They make me advance in the waiting parking spot. Another 15 min has gone by… Furious enough I decide to head inside since i’m not getting any costumer service in the drive-thru. I ask them for my order, the lady finally gives it. Read moreI never let bad review that overwhelming but it needed to be talk about. It one, or the worst Mc donald I have gone in my life. Ive waited 2 years to write this review, since they were a new mcdonald. But the level of incompetence is almost illegal at that point. There not a single aspect of the job they are good at. Communication: 1/10, they can barely talk english, no french and even between them they cant communicate properly. Services: Poor services, let their client wait for more then 10 mins before answering, long wait with no reason between(waited 15 mins for food when i was the only one there) 1/10. Food: 3/10, food is decent, but here again they are incompetent because 25% of my orders have always missing things and they have no remorse when u confront them about it.
