Read moreHad no chicken, gave NO REFUNDS ! Always had issues with this location. On Aug 20th at 6:52PM gave my order of 3 pieces of chicken with gravy. Along with other customers. After having taken our orders they announced, «sorry, no gravy 30 minute wait, we can replace with a salad." One customer said, "I don't go to the store for milk, and get offered bread." Please cancel my order. The "manager", a very young person, said "Sorry, no refunds." When the customer insisted to cancel the order and get a refund the manager replied, the new management does not allow us to give refunds. We have no codes, or anything to allow refunds. The customer said, I will be back in 30 minutes for my order with gravy"
A few minutes later, they said "Sorry no chicken 15 minute wait!" I asked for a refund, clearly if you don't have what I want you need to refund me. "Sorry no refunds ! KFC Corporate does not allow refunds."
Meanwhile, they are still taking orders from the Drive-Through, on SkiptheDishes, etc. They all had to wait, stuck in the line, and not allowed refunds. The SkiptheDishes drivers who arrived to collect cancelled the orders with their customers. They weren't ready to wait 15-30 minutes for food.
As I said, always had issues with this location. This is going to be my last time there. Too bad I liked the KFC chicken, and no other franchise is near me.
If KFC Corporate reads this, you must do something with this franchise owner, I will also make a complaint at the Better Business Bureau and other institutions for refusing refunds. This was unacceptable in so...

While we looked at the menu trying to look for alternatives to fried stuff, one of the people in our group went to use the restroom. After we figured there was nothing on the menu for us, we decided to head out.
At that point the employee manning the register decided to shout at us and tell us restrooms were only for "clients". I can respect that, and would have absolutely no problem buying something to satisfy that requirement. But this employee was incredibly rude and snarky.
Choice quotes:
"This is Kentucky Fried Chicken, so why would we have grilled chicken." Because other KFC venues do. That's like asking why one would expect to find fish fillet sandwich at Burger King. Mind you, I'm not suggesting that all KFCs must serve non-fried food, but I at least expect to be told that we were mistaken without the snark and attitude.
"If we just let everyone come in to use the restroom it would be a free for all." Yes, the concept is not lost on me. At the same time, I've been to plenty of other places where it's not strictly a requirement that something be purchased when using the restroom. Patronizing attitude toward the people you expect to be your patrons? Winning strategy.
Must've been a slow day for them or something. At least the restroom was of a...
