This is my second visit to this restaurant since it recently opened. I ordered my favourite Korean dish, “Gamjatang,” and my wife chose the Bossam with rice combo.
The Gamjatang was absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve had in Toronto. The meat was tender, and the soup had a rich, flavorful taste that was perfectly balanced. Unlike other Gamjatang I’ve tried, which tend to have either an overpowering potato, perilla, or kimchi flavour, this one stood out.
The Bossam with rice combo was equally impressive. The meat was fresh and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The combo includes rice, a variety of side dishes, lettuce wraps, and beef bone broth. All the dishes complemented each other beautifully.
The staffs at this restaurant are great. They were friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome as soon as we entered. I also appreciate the call button on each table, which allows us to easily get their attention if we need something.
The restaurant itself is clean and spacious. It’s not too big, but the tables aren’t packed close together.
This restaurant is definitely my go-to for Gamjatang. I’ll definitely try some of the other dishes in the future. I hope the quality of the food and service...
Read moreI visited Seoul Dumpling with my family for lunch on October 2nd, and it was such a wonderful experience!
First, even during the lunch hour, there was plenty of parking available, which made things very convenient. The servers were warm and attentive – they made sure we had everything we needed and even asked if we’d like more of their delicious kimchi, which we happily accepted.
One of the highlights was being able to see the dumplings being made fresh right in the restaurant. Knowing that the noodles and dumplings are handmade on-site made the meal feel extra special – and you can truly taste the difference. The dumpling noodle soup was absolutely fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
The restaurant itself has a cozy and clean atmosphere, which made dining with my family very comfortable. Before leaving, we picked up some kimchi dumplings and meat dumplings to steam at home. Even after reheating, they tasted just as fresh and flavorful as when we had them at the restaurant.
Overall, Seoul Dumpling is a gem – friendly service, authentic handmade food, and a welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend it to families and anyone who loves truly...
Read moreI had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened Seoul Kyoza in Vaughan yesterday, and it was an unforgettable experience. I tried the Gogi Kalguksu, and it absolutely blew me away. The broth was rich and deeply flavorful—clearly the result of hours of careful simmering. The tender slices of meat were perfectly cooked, melting in my mouth with each bite, and paired wonderfully with the chewy noodles and fresh herbs.
What truly set this visit apart was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming. They took the time to explain the menu and even offered helpful tips on how to fully enjoy the dish.
From the authentic flavors and generous portions to the heartfelt hospitality, everything about Seoul Kyoza left me completely satisfied. If you’re in Toronto and craving genuine Korean comfort food, this spot deserves to be at the very top of your list. I’m already looking forward to...
