Royal veg cuisine — Restaurant in Vaughan

I visited here by bus, on a cool early March afternoon, taking the 960 Finch Express Westbound to get here, thinking there would be chairs and tables. I was surprised to find there were none out in the open. It is a take out kitchen on one side of a convenience store next to a gas station. The young lady who served me was very understanding and kind; she got permission from the convenience store manager to, as a special exceptional favour, set me up with a plastic milk crate to sit on and a small stool to perch my Special Rice Bowl with raw cabbage and red onions, and two vegan (non-dairy) curries -- daal tadka and chana masala. It was delicious, very filling, and the price was quite reasonable. Afterwards I ordered, "to go", the Royal Mix Platter (3 samosas, 4 veg pakoras, and 2 aloo tikkis -- all vegan) with no chutneys because the sweet tamarind one I didn't want as I believe oil and sugar do not digest well together, and the green coriander one is made with dairy, and so is not vegan. My dear server very thoughtfully charged me less than regular price because the regular price includes chutney. How nice is that? Very! I'd only give four stars because of the lack of tables and chairs, but can't bring myself to do so because my server was so kind to me in providing me with a place to sit and eat next to the serving counter. Hidden Gem! Went to go fill up gas in the area and then I noticed this restaurant. I was a bit hungry and saw samosa chaat on the menu which I love so I googled the place to check the reviews and to my surprise saw 4.9/5 stars and decided to try it out. To start off, very rare to get fresh samosa in the samosa chaat to the other places I’ve been too, they made it fresh which I love! So I ordered on ubereats and the food arrived hot and nicely packaged and fresh aswell but I had a problem with everything I ordered which was aloo paratha, paneer and royal mix with dal tadka bowl. Everything lacked spices in it. The paneer paratha had zero spices in it and only had salt and same with aloo and royal mix. Everything had 0 spices in it. I mean I am an Indian and Why Would I order from an authentic Indian restaurant for food...
