Read moreThere was a brown lady with specs on drive thru, around 8.40am (on 18th November 2024) with a Christmas sweater. She was super rude. We ordered a plain croissant with butter + heated and it was in our order list when we were ordering through the voice board thingy. When we went to pay and pick up she gave us a bagel heated with butter. We were being very nice to her and told this is not we ordered but a plain croissant with butter. We understand that everyone can make a mistake. She shouted at us very badly and grabbed the bagel from our hand very rudely and threw it and she gave a very cold croissant in a bag and shut the window. We again called through the window and said this is not what we ordered please give it with butter. She said that’s what I heard so you have to take this. I said “no I need what I ordered”. Then suddenly her co-worker gave her the plain croissant with butter + toasted to her hand. Which means they were making it already, yet she got onto us and shouted at us giving a wrong order. She threw the croissant at us. And shut the window again. I mean, when Tim Hortons interview people they must’ve probably said all bull about customer service, but many employee s are not acting according to what they said. Why can’t you hire more professional workers? I mean similar incident happened in a Tim Hortons in Barrie on our way back from a trip, yet the people who worked there were super nice to us and kind. I really hate to step into Tim Hortons with all these employee s with attitudes. The crew member named ISHA who took our order was super rude and the girl who made our order named NAVJOT was even worse than Isha. Navjot was very very rude and she doesn’t even know how to provide service to customers. Asked her to get one more spoon as she only provided one, she yelled and said I already gave you one with rolling eyes. She made the worse veggie bowl where there were no veggies only rice. The location was very busy today and they kept taking order and made everybody wait for like 15 minutes. They were not even hurrying up in making orders, they were walking like ants. Not even caring that customers are waiting. Girls grow up please!! You cannot talk to everyone so rudely. One star only to saumya (not sure about her name, I think saumya) she was very sweet and nice, she was on training but treated us so well.
