The manager was honestly not making any sense, my drink was clearly underfilled, and they just did not make enough of the drink as i saw them make it. so stingy, and when i confronted him, he told me that it was based off the ounces and not the size of the cup. This made no sense at all, i then proceeded to ask what the point of the cup size was if theyāre not going to fill it the full way. He then kept telling me to take it up with head office, and i was obviously very upset as i got a snack size cup and it was 7$. i understand this isnāt just this location and booster juice is always expensive, but for how much iām paying for the cup to obviously not be filled properly was so upsetting. when i went back and complained he offered me to remake the drink and take my current drink away. i declined as there would be absolutely no point, he only offered this after he saw that there was a line. I declined and left and apologized to the people waiting and they said i have a point. Tell me how the density of the smoothie has to do with whether u fill it up completely or not. ridiculous, just fill up the drink properly. stop being stingy it...

Instead of a simple apology, I got told that ācheese is visible in the photoā (???) and that next time theyāll give me cheese on the side.

Rather than owning up to a blatant mistake, the owner chose to gaslight the customer and double down in the most unprofessional way possible.

The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged meāand when they did, they were abrupt and unfriendly.
Whatās worse, while I was waiting, I actually saw a cockroach crawl across the floor behind the counter. Iām not exaggerating. I pointed it out to one of the employees and they just shrugged like it was normal. Thatās absolutely unacceptable in any food establishment.
The entire place was filthyāsticky counters, overflowing garbage, and the blender stations looked like they hadnāt been wiped down in hours. It made me question the cleanliness of everything they were serving.
