I thought this location was nice when we walked in and were greeted by Madeline, she sat us down and told us they had a special AYCE wings. Madeline was sweet and friendly. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for our server Yuliia who attended our table long after we were seated she wasn't attentive, helpful or friendly and seemed like she was biased. She did not offer us any water, napkins or wet napkins in fact she did not even bring any milk or creamer with our tea which is only common sense. I asked a lady walking by if she was the manager but she did not answer me and instead asked me if I wanted to place my order.. to which I responded no and only wanted the password for their Wi-Fi she came back and asked if she can enter it on my phone for me... (NO you can't touch my phone so I asked what it is and she told me the password)
The first round of wings came out and they were delicious. I had to flag down the manager and ask her if she can bring milk for our tea which she did since Yuliia did not bother to. When I asked for a refill it took over 30 minutes luckily Madeline stopped by our table to check on us and I asked for napkins and to check up on our order. The 2nd round of wings were undercooked and not edible I told this to the server who had nothing to say and walked away. I asked for the manager who came and acted like she cared and when I was telling her having to wait for refills should not take over 30 minutes she only made excuses and I also told her that the restrooms should not be located downstairs making it hard for me since I have disabilities. My daughter who had went told me and Kucha it was very sketchy down there looked a little creepy. Kucha the manager used such foul language to describe which is not a word a manager should be using in front of customers. I told her how I wanted to cancel my order since it was terrible experience and I was turned off and disgusted by the undercooked wings she offered us desserts which we refused since I can't eat sweet things and then she claimed she has a surprise for us. The surprise was her ignorance of bringing out a side plate full of their candies/mints and $5 off for the terrible experience after which we paid and she did not say sorry or thank you and did not even give us a copy of our bill. Yuliia and Kucha both need to be coached on basic ethics and how to treat customers.
The 2 stars are for Madeline and I thanked her while the other 2 did not apologize and were just eavesdropping and did not even have the decency to say sorry or goodnight. I would not recommend this location and I hope that someone will look into the behavior of the immature manager and...

First, the person who sat us at a table clearly didn’t care to try and find us a table that fit 5 people and we could see that there were more tables open for 5 people but she just gave us a table right by the front since it was right by her and she just put and extra chair on the end and was like “that’s fine right?” and then our server who took our order came and we said we’re doing all you can eat maybe 5 times and it was our first time having all you can eat yet she didn’t explain any of the details to us so we were asking a thousand questions and getting info from her bit by bit and finally placed our order. The food came out after a long time and three plates were brought out and she said all three were honey garlic boneless except we only ordered two honey garlic boneless so that didn’t make sense. So we asked her maybe one of these is supposed to be honey cajun (because we ordered a honey cajun boneless) and she was like oh idk which one’s which it was dark and hard to see and she was lifting up each of our plates inspecting them to see which one was just to be like “yeah i’m not sure” i could not believe she was being for real lol. And then later when we ordered our second round my order was supposed to be breaded and it came and was not breaded and so i said “oh sorry, are they breaded because i ordered breaded” (they clearly did not look breaded) and the server looked at me like i was the problem like she looked so done with me and was like “no they’re not” and i swear she looked pissed at me. Why would she be pissed at me when i didn’t get what i ordered like she should not be more mad than me that makes no sense. Anyway, because i didn’t want the wings to go to waste and she was making a big stink about it i decided to eat them anyway. And finally my friend ordered one more lemonade right before we wanted to leave - we paid the bills and she was like oh i’m so sorry i know you brought the bills but could i also get a lemonade refill and our server said yeah no problem! It’s a lemonade from their soda fountain and that lemonade took 10-15 minutes to come out. It’s a drink. It should not take that long. Long story short - the food was average (we got sauced/wet wings and they were dry as hell) the staff seemed to be a bunch of young kids who don’t want to work - most likely never...
Read moreI have been a customer of this restaurant since its opening day. But unfortunately, every time I went, instead of improving the quality of service and food, it got worse every time. Since the management was taken out of the hands of the restaurant owner and everything suddenly fell apart. We went to this restaurant again tonight with my family, hoping that maybe it had gotten better. We sat for about 15 minutes without anyone coming to welcome us or take our order, and all the waiters were walking past our table without paying attention to us, until a gentleman who I later found out was the restaurant manager passed by our table and I called him and expressed my protest against this behavior of the staff. Without knowing the basic principles of dealing with a customer, which is expressing sympathy for the customer, he started to justify that we do not have enough strength to order and serve tonight, and... without even apologizing he start to teach me a lesson of patience in life, and all the conversations he had with a nervous and rude tone. After that, a nervous waitress came and took our order. Food quality: extremely rubbish. Burnt burger which I showed to one of the best waitresses there, an Iranian girl named BITA , burnt ribs and…. Totally , the service and food quality were zero. The only strong point of this restaurant was an Iranian waitress named BITA ,who tried very hard to cover up the weakness of the restaurant management and the crappy service of the rest of her colleagues.
