Manchu Wok — Restaurant in Vaughan

I used to be a regular at Manchu Wok, but with so many new restaurant options available, I hadn't visited in quite some time. For old times' sake, I decided to stop by and see if it still held up to my memories.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The vegetables were undercooked, hard, and lacked any real flavor. I sampled a few of the different meats they offered, hoping to find something enjoyable, but they all turned out to be dry and tasteless. Since I had already tried them, I felt obligated to stay and make the best of my meal. I ultimately settled on fried rice, noodles, sesame chicken, and broccoli, but sadly, none of them met expectations—they all fell flat in both taste and texture.

That being said, I believe every restaurant has room to grow, and I sincerely hope Manchu Wok takes this as an opportunity to refine its recipes and bring back the flavors that once made it a go-to spot. With a little attention to quality and freshness, I have no doubt they can regain their...

Literally the worst Manchu Wok I've been to. Don't get me wrong, serving staff was nice, price is reasonable and huge food portion but fried rice was warm & soggy (kinda like when you put it in a microwave but didn't heat up long enough) definitely not fresh. Chicken was hard & salty. Vegetables looks dead & tasted mediocre. I don't see any reason I'll get it again when Bourbon St. Grill is right beside it and T&T hot serve is in the same mall. I can't recommend this place to anyone...

The staff/owner calls me and ask me to cancel my order. I lost my promo thanks to this restaurant although upon speaking with DoorDash, DD confirmed the restaurant has received my order, but the restaurant called me up saying they didnt see my order and I have to cancel it and order again in the next 15mins. Just for them to avoid me using my perks. A bunch of lies. I am definitely not coming back. Goodluck with your business. No wonder you guys have terrible ratings...
