My recent visit to Bombay Touch restaurant in Vaughan left an indelible mark, thanks to its delectable offerings and impeccable service.

Accompanied by my son, we ventured into Bombay Touch, where he was delighted to find his favorite, the Masala Dosa, on the menu. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that all the food was prepared fresh to order. I opted for the Spicy Masala Dosa, and it was a revelation. The dosa was perfectly crafted - crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and generously filled with the aromatic and spicy masala. The flavors were authentic, and the freshness of the ingredients shone through, making each bite a true delight.

The service at Bombay Touch was prompt and attentive. Our orders were taken with a smile, and the food arrived in a timely manner. The staff displayed a deep understanding of the menu, assisting us in making choices that perfectly suited our preferences. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant dining experience did not go unnoticed.

The restaurant exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ambiance was cozy, making it a perfect spot for a family meal. Cleanliness and attention to detail added to the overall positive impression, enhancing our dining experience.

In conclusion, Bombay Touch in Vaughan is a gem for lovers of authentic Indian cuisine, especially dosa enthusiasts. The Masala Dosa, both the regular and the spicy variant, showcased the chef's mastery and commitment to quality. Coupled with the prompt and friendly service, it made for a memorable dining experience. The reasonable prices for such high-quality food make it an excellent choice for families and individuals alike. I, for one, am eagerly looking forward to my next visit and will undoubtedly make it a point to return whenever I am in the area. Bombay Touch has earned its place as one of my favorite...

I came for dinner with my mom on Super Bowl Sunday. I reserved a table 15 minutes before arrival but it was not busy. It is in a plaza outside the promenade mall with plenty of free parking. I was so excited that they had a separate vegan menu. My mom noticed in the regular menu that they had doas and idli which I love. I asked the server if they were vegan and after checking with the owner she said yes. We ordered the avocado chaat and pani puri, both of which had gluten. The avocado chaat had minimal papdis and it was easy to remove them from my plate to avoid the gluten. It was very flavourful and delicious. The idli and vada came already in sambar. I prefer it separate but I didn't ask how it was served ahead of time so I ate it. Normally I love coconut chutney but I did not like theirs. It was bland and liquidy. The sambar was fine but was more like daal than sambar. The idlis were not very soft and I did not enjoy them. The vada was ok but I've had much better. My plain dosa arrived and as I tasted it I could taste butter and it hurt my stomach. I asked if it was cooked in butter or ghee and the server and owner confirmed it was cooked in ghee. I explained that ghee is not vegan and he tried to say it was since the solids are removed from it. I explained that I could not eat it and that anyone with a dairy allergy could find it fatal. They apologized and said they could make me one cooked in oil vs ghee. At that point I felt unwell so I just canceled it. My mom had the masala dosa and said it was ok. We were not impressed but as my mom said...you don't go to a punjabi restaurant for south indian food. Lesson learned. I would go back and try their traditional dishes on the vegan menu. My sister has ordered their punjabi food many times and it is much better than their south...

Dining at Bombay Touch at the Promenade Village is an experience that blends the elegance of fine dining with the depth and authenticity of true Indian cuisine. From the moment you step in, the ambiance sets the tone: soft lighting, tastefully set tables draped in crisp linens, and a sense of intimacy that makes you feel both welcome and indulged.

As someone who has long been an aficionado of both Indian and French cuisine, I can say without hesitation that this restaurant delivers Indian food at a French-quality standard. Every dish is prepared with precision, balance, and artistry — authentic flavors elevated by culinary mastery. The quality of the cooking is consistently exceptional, a testament to the standards upheld here.

I have had the privilege of knowing Chef and Owner Anil for over six years, and my admiration for him continues to grow. He is not only a supremely talented chef but also a remarkable human being and a restaurant owner who genuinely cares for his guests. His eagerness to satisfy every customer is evident in every plate that leaves his kitchen, and in the gracious way he personally engages with diners.

In a world where restaurants often trade authenticity for trend, Bombay Touch stands apart. It delivers soul-satisfying Indian cuisine in an atmosphere that could rival the finest French dining rooms. For me, it is not just a place to eat — it is a place to savor, celebrate, and return to again and again — something my family and I have joyfully done since...

BEWARE DELIVERY OPTION** See detailed experience below. Previous takeout experiences have always been 5/5. I've been a customer for many years, both indoor eating and takeout. However, a very disappointing situation occurred yesterday evening using the delivery option. Made the online order at 7:19pm stating the expected delivery timeframe would be 56 minutes. After an hour, at 8:13pm the online order status changed to complete despite us not receiving the delivery or contact from the restaurant. We called the restaurant at 8:35pm who gave us an update that the driver was still on their way. At 9:20pm we called again (they close at 9:30) and were again informed the driver was still on their way. The delivery was finally completed at 9:30pm which was over 2 hours after we originally ordered online. The food quality was therefore below usual expectations (soggy lettuce, cold food) and I was upset by the amount of naan bread (it was weirdly cut into three small strips). I've included photos of the mentioned foods. I would appreciate contact from this restaurant (nothing on your website to contact) as we paid the $10 delivery fee and tipped the driver but feel that this experience was not up to your usual standards.
