Country Style — Restaurant in Vaughan

Today I went to this location and usually my coffee is pretty decent but lately its been hit and miss. Today when ordering I asked politely to make sure my coffee has three cream in it. A few times the past couple of weeks it definitely didn't. It was very dark and tasted strong. So after asking, the drive thru person proceeded to argue with me and tell me my coffee always has three cream in it. I politely said to him look my coffee has looked very dark and that it definitely looked like there was not 3 cream. He then told me I should ask for 4-5 cream instead if it wasn't enough. How rude was that? That was not called for. When I go to any other coffee shop be it Tim Hortons, Second Cup or even Starbucks I never have problems. They actually know how to make my coffee properly. Its only here that I have issues. Anyways, this will probably be the last time I ever go there. He started an argument that was unnecessary. All he had to do was assure me that it will be made the right way this time. that's all. Bad...

Not sure about other branches of country style, but for this one, 1 star is too much.

Everything is dirty - the floors, the walls, the tables are sticky, seems like no one cleans there at all.

When entered the washroom to wash my hands, i have almost fainted because of the sewage smell

I've ordered a breakfast and asked it in a plate, but they've told me they do not have any regular plates, i had to eat my breakfast from a plastic takeout container

With all the respect to diversity the staff is hardly understand english, i had to repeat everything 3 times. And the opposite - i couldn't understand anything they answered, had to ask a few times :)

The salad taste was even below "fast food" quality. It was oversalted, the meat was barely defrosted.

My boyfriend got the BLT bagel. He said it was mushy, had no flavour, was cold and it was squished flat like someone sat on it. He would of given it a 1 star but my breakfast sandwich was warm and good. Not amazingly tasty like other places but for quick on the go not bad. Ordered a Medium coffee and received a Medium cup with a bit over 3/4 of coffee. Complained about that. Don’t want it to spill but enjoy my sips off coffee.
