This is the worst breakfast place I have ever been.. Yesterday I went with my family to eat,we ordered breakfast with pancakes and I come to learn as they have an open kitchen you would think they would do things right,as I watched them make my breakfast from across the dining room, they cooked my scramble eggs so dry they tasted like plastic, then my wife asked for over medium eggs they came back over hard. Then my wife taps me on the arm and says look what that waitress is doing? I looked over and as me and my family ate almost three quarters of our breakfast they still haven't served our pancakes, and this waitress decides to go over and picks up one of our pancakes with her bare hands and presses the pancake back on the plate, this is sooo gross that my wife refused to eat the tampered pancake. It's pretty scary what you can spot people doing when they think your not looking..beware of this people just because a place looks fancy and a 50's style restaurant doesn't mean gross things won't happen but seeing yesterday what happened I really think differently about eating out,I will never go back to this restaurant, I will try to make my own breakfast at home from now on and stop being lazy because of what happened to me and my family. Quality of service and standards in restaurants have changed alot through the years I barely trust any restaurant anymore to many bad experiances lately.I'm going to cook at home from now on, it's the only safe and satisfying way, believe me people...
Read moreI am beyond disgusted with this restaurant. Ordered it for Father's day breakfast through skip the dishes app. Waited an hour for my order, got a call from the restaurant when the driver was 5 mins away requesting that I call the driver myself as he "forgot" on of the bags in my order. Not knowing any better I contacted the driver and got yelled it as apparently it wasn't the drivers fault. I ended up driving to the restaurant myself as the driver refused to go back. When I picked up my order I thought the restaurant was nice enough to give me 2 extra juices for free to compensate me for the trouble with the driver. When I finally got home with the food I found blueish/green matter on a third of the sandwich which was supposed to be a cheese, egg and bacon sandwich (bacon was supposed to be on the side). I freaked out as my 5 year old ate most of the sandwich. When I contacted the restaurant about this they completely brushed me off - both the staff and the owner - saying there is no way this could be mold and its probably other food that got on the sandwich. Not sure if they serve moldy food or do not clean their utensils after handling food. Never going back...
Read moreThis was my first time visiting the restaurant—I wanted to treat my family to a nice brunch. The service was good, and everything seemed fine at first.
I asked for mayo on the side, and the server brought out a full bottle. Unfortunately, there was a hair on it, which immediately turned me off. From that point on, I found myself inspecting my food closely, just to make sure there weren’t any more surprises.
On the bright side, the french fries were amazing—crispy and not greasy at all. The burger I had was okay, a bit different than expected but still decent. My son had the Grand Slam burger and said he really liked it. My mother ordered the salmon and avocado skillet and said it wasn’t bad.
But then, when I went to pay, I noticed another hair inside my son’s coleslaw container. That was the final straw.
It’s extremely important for staff to wear hairnets, or long sleeves if they have hair on their arms. Hygiene matters, especially when serving food.
I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews—I genuinely want to support restaurants and help the public make informed choices. But I have to be honest: after this experience, I won’t be returning. It’s...
