Let me tell you all, as a previous employee of this McDonalds I can tell you all the secrets The place is run by a bunch of teens who hate their job so why would they care about service, they are just there to earn whatever $ an hour The adults working there also hate their job and they are also not paid enough for the amount of work they do Owners are cheap. Cut so many hours to save them money but have service be slower. They tell the workers to be faster when there should be more people working at once Upper management is awful and very unprofessional. 4.1) They are not transparent pay so you could never tell if you were missing money 4.2) They will schedule talks with employees, to which they will cancel it not even tell the employee(s) so they show up for nothing
And now we move onto you. The person reading this, the customer. Some of you are very nice people who I genuinely enjoyed serving, however, most of the problems in these reviews are caused by customers being rude human beings. So many of you think you are entitled to things, we don't care how old you are, you are waiting in line like everyone else. We don't care how many kids you have... clean up your damn table. Yes we know we can be slow at times but that is not the fault of whoever is taking your order. Do not yell at the person who took your order unless they for sure messed up, but most times it is you the customer who forgets to tell us something, you who doesn’t speak loud enough so we can't hear you, or you who can't make up your mind and order something.
BOTTOM LINE IS YES WE KNOW WE ARE AWFUL, NO WE DON’T WANT TO GET BETTER BECAUSE YOU DON'T DESERVE BETTER SERVICE AND WE DON'T GET PAID...
Read moreFeb 26/2022 - update. Decided to give this a go again and without exaggeration, 20 people working, no rush and 15 min to get a coffee. Do humanity a favour and please close this location. You get better service from the rats at the dumpster then you do with the staff in here. Efficiency, quality and teamwork don’t exist here. Seriously go elsewhere. I won’t even open up the cleanliness conversation
Let me start off by saying the staff here is exceptional and accommodating. The problem here is the Manager.
I was at this location with my family September 9th and ordered 2 happy meals for my children and the toys are missing not a big deal.
Returned today and did a pre-order via app and purchased 2 meals and 2 dozen donuts for drive thru pick up. I arrived and their downspout is broken and water pores in my vehicle so much so that the rear window does not go down. I had to wait 20 minutes as they forgot about me and I had to call the store while waiting on the reserved spot for drive thru.
I called the store and reminded them that I was waiting. A gentlemen arrived who tried to accommodate. As well, I requested two toys as they were missed in the past and told the gentlemen at the window that was the least they could do for this horrible wait time. I was told the Manager said I had to pay... really??? $2 isn’t the issue, you are. Then I return home and open up my hand selected donut types to find out they are all wrong.
Suggestion here folks, businesses run top down and it seems the skill set and management style isn’t the most opportunistic. Improve your management team or continue to hear more...
Read moreOrdered while on the way home from a bike ride lmao. So I order curbside. I check in. Enter the parking spot number and the app tells me my order will be out shortly. Ten minutes or so pass by, however I can see they are extremely busy and I’m busy sending an email while waiting. But then it goes over 15 minutes of waiting. Then the app changes from waiting for a order to thanking me for my order and confirmation of my points. Which hasn’t happened until the the food is in my possession. Lock up my bike and go in. Approximately 20 minutes since arriving. I tell the young man at the pick up counter. He goes back looks at the screen comes back all confused and tells me we don’t have it. Now he continues to help customers at the same time as saying write down your order. Lol. By this time I’m regretting coming as now I’ve been waiting 24 minutes and no food. Finally 32 minutes after arrival I get a double cheese 6 nuggets and a large fry. And they don’t even offer a drink. Nothing offered.
