⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently visited my local Tim Hortons, and I must say, this store consistently delivers a top-notch experience every time! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and the whole atmosphere felt warm and inviting.
Speedy and Friendly Service
The staff at this Tim Hortons location are always friendly and efficient. Whether it’s the morning rush or a quieter afternoon, they manage to serve customers quickly without sacrificing quality. The lines move fast, and even if there’s a crowd, I never feel like I’m waiting too long. The employees seem genuinely happy to be there, and that positive attitude makes a big difference in the overall experience.
Fresh and Delicious Food
The food here is consistently fresh and delicious. I ordered a Sausage Breakfast Sandwich on a biscuit, and it was cooked perfectly—the biscuit was warm and buttery, the sausage was flavorful, and the eggs were fresh. I also couldn’t resist grabbing a Chocolate Glazed Donut, which was soft, fresh, and just the right amount of sweet.
Their coffee is always brewed perfectly. I got my usual Double-Double, and as always, it was hot, smooth, and gave me the perfect start to my day. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic brewed coffee or a refreshing Iced Capp, they always seem to nail it.
Clean and Welcoming Environment
I’ve been to many Tim Hortons locations, and this one really stands out in terms of cleanliness. The dining area is always well-maintained, and tables are cleaned regularly, which is great for those who like to sit down and enjoy their meal. The layout is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating for both individuals and groups.
Convenient and Affordable
One of the best things about this Tim Hortons is how convenient it is. The drive-thru is quick, and the location is easy to get to. On top of that, the pricing is very affordable, making it an ideal place for a quick bite or coffee run without breaking the bank.
Consistently Great Experience
Overall, this Tim Hortons store has become my go-to spot for breakfast or a coffee break. The friendly service, fresh food, and clean, welcoming environment make it stand out from other cafes in the area. I highly recommend stopping by this location—you won’t be disappointed!!🐺🐺🔥🔥🔥🚽🚽SKIBIDI TIM HOTONS!!🙅🏿♂️🙅🏿♂️🙅🏿♂️🙅🏿♂️💨💨💨🔥🔥🔥🔥🗣️🗣️🗣️Note: beautiful boy called ashwin is...
Read moreThis location is unsatisfactory, and has not once made my order correctly. The service is atrocious and the staff is less than polite. I try to always be kind to the servers because the fast food industry workers aren’t always treated with the respect they deserve, but this location’s staff treat their customers rudely. I have not once received an order with all of the correct items.
When I purchase a coffee, I always ask for non dairy additives such as oat milk or with nothing at all because of an allergy I have, they make it difficult. I have been given my coffees with regular dairy products, which as a result I have had reactions with it. When I triple check, the employees make it feel as if I’m making their lives difficult. I ask for no sugar, as I have an intolerance for it too, and even when I ask for a black coffee, it is made with sugar. The last time I got a coffee and the worker handed it to me, I asked if my order was correct, she reached through the window and took it back and made it the way I asked originally.
Whenever I buy bagels toasted with butter from this location, I am handed a half cut and with half the amount as regular butter. A few times, I have ordered a bagel with extra butter, the bagel was uncut with butter spilling out of the middle and sides like when cream cheese is on a bagel. It was slathered on and with no care to the amount was leaking through the packaging. The last time I ordered one, I was met with a bagel burnt to a crisp with the whole thing basically charred. It had butter on half of it and was uncut. I asked them to remake my order the way I asked, and the worker took it from me and walked away. It took a while for her to come back with it, again uncut. I took the order as is, as I am easy to impress. From these experiences, there are more experiences that were just as horrible. I will not be going to this location anymore, as it is not worth the money. I don’t recommend that anyone go to this location either, unless you are happy with careless...
Read moreLet's start with our assumptions and definitions. For the purposes of this review, we will be considering Canada a first world country. Obviously we've taken several steps back since the drama teacher took power. But I'd like to really hone in on a first world problem I encountered at this Tims.
I mobile ordered an everything bagel double toasted with butter (for pickup). Side note PSA: you go INSIDE to order sandwiches and "double toasted" bagels. So often I find entitled lazy slobs being inconsiderate and ordering such complicated items in the drive-thru, holding up the line for the poor sap who just wants his coffee and donut before he commutes to work in bumper to bumper traffic.
Anyways, being in a first world country, I think I have every right to complain about the definition of "double toasted". These are the issues I have the privilege to argue. There's a clear disconnect between staff and customer on the definition. We all know single toasted at Tims barely even heats the bagel. Double toasted is barely toasted, and there's a lack of option for the customer to order triple or quadruple toasted. While sounding insane, a triple toasted tim hortons bagel is likely the ideal level of toasted one would do to their bagel at home.
At the end of the day, I was only able to enjoy my bagel to about 70% of its enjoyment capacity. That triple or quadruple toasted option would easily bring that to 90%. Tim Hortons has gone so downhill in the past 10 years, and have almost no credibility after starting with their pizza now... they desperately need to make a change that customers actually want.
We don't want pizza. We don't want chili. We don't want wraps. We want painfully mediocre cheap coffee, a decent boston cream donut, and a triple toasted everything bagel.
Be the change you wish to see...
