If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This is by far the worst Pizzaville location. I placed an order through Uber Eats. After an hour, I called Pizzaville’s customer support line to check on the status of my order. I was told that the store had received a lot of orders and that I would need to wait an additional 40 mins. Less than 5 minutes later, the store cancelled my order. So after an hour of having received my order, and not starting on my pizzas, they cancelled my order and refused to provide any sort of compensation (the customer support line’s supervisor, Nancy, also refused to offer any compensation and said I should take it up with Uber Eats, even though the issue was entirely the fault of this store). If they knew that they were overloaded, they could have cancelled my order at the beginning, when I had time and other options to place an order somewhere else. Extremely unprofessional. Only order from this location if you can wait over 2 hours for your pizza…..in which case, you’re better off going to a nice dine-in restaurant, and ordering a made from scratch gourmet meal. I placed my order on Skip for the location at 9306 Bathurst Street at 7pm today. At 7:30 I called to follow up on my order. Was told by a lady that my order just left and I should receive it in 5 mins. Nothing was delivered! Called bk 20 mins later and was told the same thing by someone name Andy. Called bk 8pm and again was told the same crap. Finally spoke to someone at 8:30 and again same thing I was told! All they do is lie. No one wants to follow up to see what is going on with the restaurant to get my food. When I got angry they just hanged up the phone on me. Not only was it not ready but my panzerotti broke and they didn't even have decency to tell me that it was going to be delayed. The store staff very rude. Also one staff kept wiping his nose on his sleeve and didn't wash his hands. They knew I was on a time constraint. They were going to remake it but I was running late. He didn't care. When he remade it I took it back to my work. Not only was it not cooked properly but was ice cold. I told him I would report to head office about not being ready he said go ahead. I will never step foot in this location and they lost our businesses business. Was very disappointed in the servi ce and store. Won't be back here.
